VENDOR + WEDDING CLIENT MEETING! 🫶🏻
The importance of the Pre-Wedding meeting is crucial to the successful flow of the Wedding!
On Sunday, I had the pleasure of catching up with the Celebrant/MC (), Videographer/Photographer () , Wedding Planner () and most importantly & to go through the run sheet for their Wedding & to finalise the timings + arrangement of all formalities 👌🏻
The Runsheet is a crucial guide to structure the flow of any event, and for a Wedding it is so crucial to have this in place because of the likely chance a delay can arise on the night, whether that is because the kitchen is behind on the food or whether the Best Man needs to run to the toilet before his speech!
A key improvement I want to make for 2025 is the importance of an in-person meeting rather than Video Calls to:
1️⃣ Get to know a bit more about my clients & really build the relationship from the get go as it is likely the most important event a couple will have, so I want them to know that it is my prerogative to ensure it is perfect for them & for all guests to have the best time!
2️⃣ It is definitely a much for efficient way to discuss music selection, the appropriate formalities or games to be included and the timings on the evening! ✅
With a structured plan in place, there is no need to worry about whether we are a bit behind schedule as it is quite easy to make the necessary adjustments to get back on track smoothly. Plus, I’ll be there to ensure everything is still executed perfectly and assure the music keeps all your guests dancing all night long from classics across all genres and musical eras💃🏻🕺
Very excited for Simon & Ben’s Wedding in January, with a group of very reputable Vendors, it definitely will kick off 2025 with a huge buzz! I can’t wait to work alongside these incredible individuals doing what we all love to do ❤
