My green shakshuka.

The process goes as follows - cook down greens of your choice*, add lots of different herbs, a generous amount of olive oil, splash of stock/ or water and a few cloves of garlic. Seasoning with salt pepper and splash of vinegar/ lemon juice. Taste and make sure it tastes delicious 👍

Put it in a tray/ or keep it in you oven proof frypan, crack in your eggs and cook in the oven until your eggs are the kind of runny you desire.

The fun part is in the dressing of the shakshuka, anything goes: avocado, labneh, hommus, spring O's, sprouts, spices, rocket, sauerkraut...

*Kale, spinach, silverbeet, chard, cavolo nero etc.

isle of wight tomatoes, cherries, capers, parsley and more

lavosh, goats cheese, courgettes, peas, mint, dill

seafood stew, saffron, fennel, tomato

earl grey shortbread, lemon curd, meringue, strawberry sorbet (or as we refer to it - the deconstructed reconstructed lemon meringue)
