We've teamed up with who will be bringing tasty USA style BBQ to this Saturday from 4:30pm.

Live music with 5-8pm.

In just under a week's time we'll be hanging out with beers, tunes and your favourite BBQ at 8 Track Brewery for the first time!

This is our first jaunt out near Ringwood and we're very keen to feed all the locals at this killer brewhouse 🙌

It all kicks off for us from 4:30pm on Saturday the 28th! Make sure to hit up 8 Track to book your spot and pre-order food via our site to avoid missing out on a great Saturday night with us 🍻

A collaboration sausage with Hop Hen Brewing that brings the best of today's Soltice Festival together In one special, limited edition item.

It's one of our favourite times of the year, when Winter Solstice is in full swing and we get to celebrate with smoke and dark brews at Hop Hen Brewing 🔥

The wall at Hop Hen will be filled with a killer line up of house and guest taps containing a range of incredible dark beers for all, paired with your favourite Beard Street smoked meats (including a special to be revealed soon 😉) to keep you warm as you celebrate with all of your family and friends!

The celebration runs between 1-5pm and 6-10pm on the 21st. Bookings are highly recommend so make sure to get onto the Hop Hen website ASAP and don't miss out on the best Winter celebration going around 🙌

This little nugget of saucey deliciousness is what we call a Burnt End.

Taking our signature brisket, cubing it up, tossing it in sauce and finishing it in an additional smoke bath provided by the Z Grills Australia, these things are a crowd favourite and do not last long at any event.

So make sure you grab some while we're at Bonbeach Farmers Market and Mt Martha South Beach Market for the remainder of this long weekend!

Unfortunately tonight's market isn't going ahead. Which means we have stock just sitting there waiting for a good home, which we've found in the form of Lilydale Food Factory 🔥

These guys have taken in some briskets of ours and promised to give them the best treatment possible, adding them into some delicious dishes (did somebody say Mac & Cheese and Brisket based Pies perhaps?) that'll be put on as specials for the day!

This will be available for today only (for now 😉) and there's only limited stock available so make sure you get in for the best breakfast/lunch/brunch/early dinner possible before it's all gone!

Now that June is underway following a great event at Hills MND Big Freeze let's see what else is ahead for the month!

This is looking to be the busiest month we've ever had (so far) with no weekend left untouched by our smokeyness!

Coming up over the Kings Birthday long weekend we have:
Soul Night Market Sorento - Friday 6th June - 5-9pm
Bonbeach Farmers Market - Sunday 8th June - 8:30am-12:30pm
Mt Martha South Beach Market - Monday 9th June - 10am-2pm

The following weekend we're back near home soil with:
- Saturday 14th June - 9am-2pm
Yarra Valley Farmers Market - Sunday 15th June - 9am-1:30pm

Then it's a return to one of our favourite annual events:
Hop Hen Brewing Festival of Darkness - 21st June - 1pm & 6pm (bookings required)

Finally we found out the month with a debut:
8 Track Brewery - 28th June - 4:30-8pm
