WINTER WELLNESS RETREAT 2024

, and Rita Barbagallo of Ajna Guidance Psychic Readings, with Slice of Perfection also there cooking over the course of the weekend and helping out with activities.
This is an official launch post to advise that the Retreat is now open for accepting bookings.

In order to reserve a booking spot, you will need to fill out this form.
Please be advised this form is only so that we can get your details to send you an invoice, no spots are secured until an invoice is sent and deposit paid for.
If you have already submitted to be part of the email list. You should have received your email by now with instructions.

$700pp Inclusive of all meals, Services and Accomodation.

When testing new flour, we always test the most basic pizza so that we can check the dough structure and flavours without any ingredients overpowering it.
A simple Marinara is the go to pizza choice ❤️
We used a 70% hydration direct method with an 18hr rise.

Heads up Melbournians 🍺
We are back in Brunswick this Saturday but at a new location and a new time.
Co-Conspirators Brewing Co
have welcomed us to their venue from 1pm til 6pm to serve up some authentic Italian goodness.
Bonus - We will be cooking inside this venue so even better for the cold winter.

For those looking for a pizza oven for home that can cook a large pizza on a budget.
Today we tested out the Portofino 16" Gas oven by Gasmate and cooked for the family.
We had it cooking at 480 degrees within 30 minutes and had some of these bad boys out within 90 seconds each without any heat loss.

Those of you who know our old family business Infinite Mind & Body. We hosted wellness retreats all over Victoria prior to covid times.
With this business now closed, I've been working alongside them to get back into old times and run another one like we used to.

For anyone who's looking for a weekend getaway. We will be attending and cooking at this retreat for lunches and dinners.

Location is to be confirmed but currently is being planned for hopefully Macedon Ranges area.

We will be at Inner North Brewing Company in Brunswick on Saturday 22nd June serving up Pizza, Meatballs/bread & Cannoli from 4pm til 8pm.

We'd love to get your support as much as possible so we can make this a regular thing.

Our application for Lancefield farmers market was denied due to full capacity of food vendors. So we are on the hunt for other markets. Melbourne and macedon/surrounds.
We are looking to bring our
Pizzas, Meatballs w/ napoli & bread, cannoli & tiramisu to the market scene.

Macedonian wedding catering for families started from 10am this morning with shots of alcohol, pizza, cake and desserts, a Live band playing with lots of dancing, followed by Macedonian Flags walking down the street with the brides shoe in a clear box.

Something different for us and so cool to experience different traditions ❤️

Needing to work out your rough costs for hiring us to cater for you? 🍕
It's actually super easy.
There's two ways you can do it.

1. Fill out our catering submission form which will automatically be sent to us. This will ask for all the details of your function including location, guest amoint, date and time etc. We will then email you a quote based on your rough estimate of guests.
2. You can very easily self quote your own function to avoid waiting for us to reply.
Nothing is hidden with our catering.
Simply choose what package(s) you wish to have included in your function, and multiply it by how many guests over 12yrs old you have.

How to quote for kids:
* Kids under 12yrs. The first 10x are FREE. Any child after the first 10 is $20per child between 5yrs and 12yrs.

If you wanted to get on some free pizza making lesson action, or simply just come and enjoy some free slice's of pizza.

In Pizza news today 🍕
Ooni are releasing a new oven to the Gas fired pizza market that will feature a 24 inch stone and dual zone flame control.

A heads up to our followers if anyone is in the market for a portable pizza oven that can cook more than 1 pizza at a time.
This may be the oven for you.
