Perhaps this is how hard it is to run a small business. We’ve come to believe that we are attacked by some hateful person. All the 1-star reviews are coming from names who are not our customers. And apparently these accounts are newly registered intentionally to drag us down. But on the other hand, could this mean that we are doing a great job, and no real complaint can be given?
