Pretty special day for the music stage and traditional day for the French people as well.

Basé sur le concept de stand dans les marchés et festival, nous fournissons également un service traiteur spécialisé dans la gastronomie Française.

Ce concept vient à servir des organisations et institutions au niveau local et international.

Du client privé a certain festival Français, notre portfolio s’étend sur Sydney Région avec un fort potentiel d’expansion dans les années qui suivent.

Nous travaillons sur une base hebdomadaire et ce tout au long de l’année

Nos critères de profil?

- experience en événementiel / experience en restauration : 2 ans est un minimum👩‍🍳👨‍🍳en tant que chef de partie ou supervisor
- Tu es charismatique et entrepreneu(se)r
- Ce rôle inclut une activité physique. Un stand n’est ps léger !
- Tu aimes travailler en autonomie et en équipe . Les deux te conviennent parfaitement ;)
- L’entreprenariat te fait vibrer. Tu rêves d’ouvrir ta prochaine entreprise!
- Ce rôle inclus des notions culinaire, de service clientèle , et gestion de foule. Tu seras amené à être en contact avec des enfants. 😁
- Travail le samedi. Nos Week end sont souvent vu au travail.
- Tu as la tête sur les épaules (figure of speech), organisé, propre sur toi, qualifié en planification d’évènements, tu as travaillé en restaurant en tant que chef de partie ou à déjà une expérience en gestion d’équipe.
- Tes droits de travail en Australie sont à jour.
- Tu es à la recherche d’heure en extra avec une approche a la gestion d’équipe et d’évènement
- Bilingue est essentiel. (Le slang s’apprend, comme pour tout)
- Tu aimes le contact et communiquer.
- La pression tu connais . Tu sais garder la tête froide dans différentes circonstances.
- Tu seras sur sydney pendant au moins 6 mois à 1 an.

Le base salaire sera confirmée suivant la/le bon candidat(e). Commission à la clef pour le bon profil.

1- We do French food for local French and Australian markets (including but not limited to Crepes, Croques monsieur & coffee) We take pride in what we do.

2- market and festival activity takes place most likely during Sundays

3- We also do catering displayed in various services : school workshop, private parties, corporate, international School program

4- more than 15 festivals a year , 3 markets monthly, covering Sydney area and soon beyond

5- We are human , quality and experience focused. Nothing matter more than a healthy team , happy customer and a simple but tasty product.

6- We work with local and international stakeholder.

7- People working for us always have numerous other job. Therefore you will have time for yourself and other role you may want to undertake.

8- We recruit chefs and hospo pro. We also settle with a huge amount of motivation, commitment and great idea of business management.

9- We train our people. Our people focused culture is designed this way. Account management , stakeholder management, customer service , business management , self development,

What you need to have for the role ?

- event experience / hospitality experience : 2 years as a minimum👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
- You are outgoing and a go getter
- Not afraid to push yourself
- You are as autonomous as team worker
- You thrilled within business development
- Doing crepes , you are kids friendly 😁
- You are available on Sundays and 2 days during the week.
- You are tidy , well organised , thinking on your feet
- You have the Australian working right
- You are looking for a casual role with management opportunity
- French and English are two of the languages you are speaking
- People person is compulsory
- You know how to handle a critical situation (complain management, négociation, rush hours, work pressure)
- You are in sydney for at least 6 to 12 months ?
