With an estimated $8,000 worth of "on the day" complementary extras our "Love Bird's" packages for Jan and Feb 2025 offer complete peace of mind so that you can enjoy the wedding you always dreamed of without having to stress about doing it all yourself or blowing your budget.

All your ceremony florals, reception florals and table styling plus all staff, event co-ordination and catering are included and being BYO drinks - you get total control to manage your own drinks budget.

Squire's is a 100 acre estate with boutique vineyard. You are able to book our "Love Bird's" package as an "event only" wedding package or add some of our luxury onsite accommodation to your booking if you or your guests want the convenience of staying onsite.

So much is included in this package including extensive florals and styling - you really need to inspect to fully understand the extensive nature and quality of what we offer - couples find they save a huge amount on all the extra costs associated with their wedding as we offer so much under the one fee.

The 7 hour "Love Bird's" packages are available for minimum 40 to max 80 pax and offer exceptional value for money. They are strictly available for January and February 2025. No other dates (no rain checks). If you are worried about summer heat - don't be - we have lots of shady outdoor spaces and our function areas including our indoor/outdoor deck space are fully air-conditioned and well insulated to ensure comfort all year round!

Real Wedding Wednesday - We’re still dreaming about Georgia & Daniel’s wonderful wedding day. Everything about their day was simply stunning and they continued their celebration the next day with a recovery brunch for 90 guests!

Special mention to their Bridesmaid’s attire - both stylish and fun, their puffed sleeve dresses were so on trend - just loved the pop of colour! Am sure they will also get plenty of wear out of their dresses afterwards too! What a well thought out and clever option 🙂

Finally!!! Updating and reformatting our inventory list and has been a mammoth task - can’t say it will be the last time we need to overhaul it given our tendency to go shopping, but it is so much better organised now ……. Special thanks to Jen and Kevin for all their hard work on this!

So many gorgeous photos means that it is now over 75 MB so unfortunately we can’t email it out. Instead we have it saved in our dropbox folder so hit us up for the link if you want to have a look at it - we may be biased but we think it is one of the most extensive range of wedding inventory items and equipment available from a venue and included in packages!

Love these two!! Charlie and Eddie chomping away on their hay - their personalties are really growing and they have been especially good with our lambs - particularly Billy who lost his mum early on. These two would come up to es**rt him back to the flock after his late night feed - just the sweetest thing to see a tiny little lamb flanked by his much larger donkey mates on either side es**rting him safely home.

Squire’s now offers everything from intimate elopements for 2 to full weekend “wedstival” packages for up to 150 guests. Each package has amazing inclusions to help keep your wedding budget on track!

Elopements and Micro Weddings can be booked up to 2 years in advance on the following basis:
Sundays (afternoon/dinner options only)
Mondays (brunch/lunch or afternoon/dinner options)
Thursdays (afternoon/dinner options only)

For other dates, we can currently look at available times up to and including Saturday 10th August 2024.

When the weather app says an 85% chance of 5-15mm on your wedding day and the radar doesn’t look promising, we prepare a dry “Plan B” for your guest arrival so we aren’t letting your ceremony set up sit out in the weather getting soaked.

Then, once we get within a suitable timeframe, we can forward project what the radar says will happen from the start of your ceremony through to it’s conclusion time - at that point we can reassess.

On Saturday whilst the rain continued in the lead up to the ceremony, the forward projection told us a different story - it told us that a clear weather window would appear out of nowhere right at the last minute!

We needed a quick consultation with the couple, their photographer and their celebrant as it was apparent it would only stop raining just as the ceremony was due to start and once it cleared we then still needed to move everything.

No surprises that everyone was on board and happy to work with a few minutes delay, so we got the go ahead to pivot back to plan A and hustle our team to get everything moved and looking lovely in it’s new position!

In the meantime, the guests and groom enjoyed mingling under the cover of our croquet pavilion with drinks flowing from the vintage caravan bar and the bride squad put the finishing touches together ready for their big reveal!

Then, while the ceremony was on, our team re set under the marquee area back to being another outdoor lounge area and put the lawn games out ready for guests returning for the canape lawn party and prepared the “his and hers” cocktails and a champagne tower to kick off the post ceremony celebrations.

Weddings are always “all systems go” and especially so on wet weather days. That’s why couples love that Squire’s is full service and not at all DIY - we have staff to do all this for you - it was humid as anything and the last thing you need in this situation is to have to “do it yourselves” or have guests do it.

Let us stress about the weather, so you can enjoy every moment!
