This weeks dessert we see the return of a favourite! A NY style cheesecake with blueberry compote.
Our DIY school holiday special this week is bake at home cookies 🍪 We will provide you with our delicious raw chocolate chip cookie dough for you and the kids to simply roll into balls, bake and enjoy!
My name is Simon and I'm the Owner of The Chef Stamp.
I trained in Michelin Star kitchens in London including the 2 star Petrus under Marcus Wareing and Gordon Ramsay. I then decided to move out to Sydney, however unfortunately lost my job due to covid.
However this gave me the opportunity to put my passion for fresh, local ingredients and turn it into providing healthy, fresh, weekly meals for our customers.
I have also made it a misson of mine to source biodegradable packaging to ensure that we use no single use plastics, which we are extremely proud of!
We deliver fresh to your door Sunday with our meals having never been frozen.
