This Event is a world-wide movement involving more than 160 countries and is held every two years in the Italian city of Turin.

Slow Food Internationalโs six-day gathering of farmers, producers, artisans, chefs and others involved in the hospitality industry โ Terra Madre Salone del Gustoย โ is more like a family get-together.
And reinforces tried-and-true methods while collaborating on the benefits of food produced in a clean, sustainable and fair way โ healthy soil, healthy food, healthy life.๐๐ฑ๐ซถ๐ป๐๐ป

The breakfast table was full of other Slow Food Noosa accredited Snails and visitors who came to join us for this Gastronomical breakfast experience also engaging at some showing and tastings from our wonderful local farmers and producers promoting their products and produce.
