Last night I had the pleasure of attending the WIBB (Women Inspiring Better Business) Christmas Networking Sundowner with the amazing Amber Swinney owner and author of Go for Gold Australia.

Beautifully set up in the Sweet Orange Productions yard, with drinks and nibbles on a trailer 😱😱! (Unsure if I was more excited by the trailer or the fact I didnt have to make the nibbles 😆)

Met some incredible local women that run their own businesses & shared our passions of what we do !

Such a wonderful night! A massive Thank you to WIBB for putting on these great events throughout the year!

Looking forward to more in 2023!

Thank you for allowing me to prepare and serve, with my sidekick Katelyn, a delicious 2 Course Alternate Drop meal as you celebrated love!

Entree:
Pumpkin & Spinach Arancini or Salt & Pepper Squid

Main:
Honey Mustard Crusted Chicken or Crispy Pork Belly!
Both served with Garlic Mash & Vegetables.

Not only did I have the pleasure of feeding the newly weds and their guests last night, but my husband had the privilege of ensuring the Bride made it safely to the aisle!

It was a feast of Homemade Spring Rolls, Assorted Mini Quiche and Arancini to start, followed by a Roast Dinner Buffet and Yummy Apple Crumble and Make Your Own Pavlova for Dessert!

Plus with the bonus of enjoying the evening under the stars at the gorgeous Emu Creek Gardens and Venue Centre!

Sadly, this gal was too busy in the kitchen to get any photos of the food - I'll remember the next one!
