Let your taste buds dance with authentic Argentinian delights - from sizzling Black Angus rib eye and spiced prawn skewers to handcrafted empanadas at our Tango station. Feast on choripans and grilled provoleta as roving entertainers bring the Mardi Gras flair to life.

The celebration peaks in our magnificent Manor, where chandeliers sparkle from the ceiling above as Brett Rosengreen dazzles you with a burlesque performance. Indulge in a 2-course meal to tantalise the senses. As the drums beat and disco rhythms flow, lose yourself in an afternoon of pure carnival magic!
