From a flirty smile through a retail window between strangers, to now becoming husband and wife. These two laughed, cried, held each other tight and danced into the night, and it was all kinds of magic.

You’d be hard pressed to find three happier people after I married Bruce and Mich in their front yard earlier this month 🪴

This one was so special. Eco confetti hole punched from leaves around their garden, a plentiful spread of vegan deliciousness, and the sound of live singing bowls to welcome their guests into the ceremony space.

These two are now committed to a lifetime of embracing every themed dress up opportunity, finding the magical middle ground between their favorite movie genres (Bruce’s being daggy horror, and Mich’s being romance and dystopian), and continuing to build a beautiful life together ❤️

These two chose my ‘Full Moon’ package, which could possibly be renamed ‘the introverts’ package at this point 🤭 20-minutes of fully personalised ceremony goodness (from entrance to exit) - which trades the full retelling of your love story for a couple of your best stories (that elicit giggles like these!)

If I had a dollar for every time one of my couples asked me where I will stand during the ceremony, I’d have…at least enough for a smashed avo 🥑

As you can see from these glorious snaps of Holly & Loz’s day - as long as space allows, I will be well and truly out of your way.
When it comes to reading your vows, I always offer to hand you the mic and to step away, but if prefer to have a free hand to squeeze your person, I promise to be a steady (and relatively inconspicuous) presence beside you 💗

This day was so “Holly and Loz” from start to finish, and it was completely magical.

If I could give you one photo to sum up how I want my ceremonies to feel, this amazing shot by the incredible would be it 💚
Olivia and Matt’s ceremony will always hold a special place in my heart. When I first met these two, Olivia and Matt they told me they chose this spot to get married in because they are happiest in nature, and that walking into this divine space at made them feel as if they were being hugged by the garden. From foliage hugs, to cat cuddles with their fur babies Peanut and Pickles, to human squeezes (see picture two…) this day was so special. Sarah and Kurt 🎼

This magical wedding season is showing no signs of slowing down, but the progression of Sarah and Kurt’s total joy before, during and after this ceremony deserved a moment on the grid 💓

Vibes were important to these two - so much so that Kurt very nearly commandeered my microphone for a collective pre-ceremony vibe check with guests 😅 Based on the happiness radiating from these two in every photo, I think it’s safe to say we nailed the vibes!

Issy & Lachie 🌹

On March 2nd, exactly seven years (to the very day) after their first date, Issy and Lachie tied the knot in a bright, joyful and laid-back ceremony, surrounded by the roses of St Kilda Botanic Gardens and 90 of their best people.

It’s not very often that my favorite aspect of your day is a part I wasn’t present for…but I LOVED that these two went for their regular Saturday morning walk to start the day, and shared their vows with each other for the first time in a private moment mid-stroll 💓 Their words might not have been a surprise to one another during the ceremony - but the moment was every bit as magical and emotional the second time around! Best of both worlds.

Getting in early with a pre-Valentines day photo of my love, Nash 💙
Taking photos of him with our food when it arrives is my favorite way - and his least favorite way - to document our adventures. My camera roll is full of shots like this, as well as plenty of him getting impatient and telling me to put my phone away 😂 📸
As a couple, we don’t normally do anything special to celebrate Valentines Day (very bah humbug of me as a celebrant, I know) but he is such a huge support to me in my business, and I thought he deserved a whole tile on the grid! Let me know if you’re celebrating Valentines Day in the comments 🥰
