Character Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Floral Arrangements:
- Creating and assembling elegant floral installations with JCAU training provided.
2.⁠ ⁠Pick, Pack, and Organize:
- Preparing and packing event items with precision and ensuring all materials are accounted for and ready for transport.
3.⁠ ⁠Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools, equipment, props, flowers, and materials remain in excellent condition.
4.⁠ Onsite Event Setup:
- Collaborating with the team during onsite installations to help transform venues into stunning environments.
5.⁠ ⁠Content Creation (Bonus):
- Capturing photos and videos of floral arrangement or event setups to showcase JCAU’s work.

•⁠ ⁠The studio is located in Derrimut—applicants with a driver’s license and access to a car are preferred.

🎉 Exciting news! InStyle Magazine showcases JCAU Events! 🤩 Uncover the art of luxurious wedding decor from our interview with InStyle. Here are some expert tips from our design Executive, Caroline Au: 🤚 Q: We’ve seen plenty of floral arches over the years. What’s new / more exciting in terms of wedding decor? ❣️A: For Ceremonies, incorporate gloss stages and walkways to evoke a runway vibe. Elevate arches with 3D designs featuring 4-pillars with overhead floral canopies, or better yet have a layered backdrop with different textures and levels of floral arrangements . 🤚Q: I’ve been told about something called ‘focused lavishness’, where instead of having every element of a wedding feel ‘over-the-top’, the overall budget is the same, but the budget really focusing on one or two key areas – Is this something you’re seeing? If so, what are some of the areas couples are choosing to focus on? ❣️A: We definitely see the focused lavishness used in luxurious decor elements. A key tip is to concentrate on the “money shot” – which is the decor centred around the bridal table. This area holds the attention during grad entrances, speeches, cake-cutting, and the first dance, so all the important moments and photos of the couple will be taken in front of the bridal table. Thus, it’s imperative to elevate this space with grand bridal backdrops, exquisite bridal table floral arrangements, gloss bridal stage and dance floor with custom decals, as well as an extravagant ceiling installation. This will awe guests and produce extraordinary wedding photos! 🤚Q: And lastly, are there any key wedding trends that you’re seeing for 2023 / 2024? ❣️A: Three prominent wedding styling trends for 2024 include: ❤️1.
