Who would have thought I’d be lucky enough to be gifted a full box of locally foraged pine mushrooms in JANUARY!?🤯🤯🤯 So delightful. These have been sautéed, deglazed with white wine vinegar, and I will pack them into jars topped with extra virgin olive oil. Gorgeous in a cheesy toastie, on a charcuterie board, or just devoured from the jar! 😋 .catering.co

What a wonderful night celebrating a much-loved woman on her 80th birthday. Which nearly got overshadowed by the incredible game by ! What a win! Such rapturous joy in the room, and it’s about time women’s sport was celebrated in the way it deserves. okay- the food. This was a buffet for the family to share. After planning a 50th birthday in a downstairs, hidden away bar, my client had to reconsider what was safest for her 50 guests, because of Omicron.
