Who would have thought I’d be lucky enough to be gifted a full box of locally foraged pine mushrooms in JANUARY!?🤯🤯🤯 So delightful. These have been sautéed, deglazed with white wine vinegar, and I will pack them into jars topped with extra virgin olive oil. Gorgeous in a cheesy toastie, on a charcuterie board, or just devoured from the jar! 😋 .catering.co
