Leah and Tyson’s beautiful wedding in March this year was filled with so much love and their nearest and dearest.

It was a moving moment watching Leah’s nan walking her down the aisle and standing proudly beside her throughout the ceremony while Lilly, Daisy and Arlo all played important roles in this incredibly intimate ceremony.

There were happy tears, cheers and laughter – everything that makes a wedding day special. The perfect day for a perfect love.

Wow is the only way of describing this amazing day. When you think about packing everything into one ceremony, this was it! A cyclone that whipped through sending everything flying, to a veil that refused to stay put, and a ring on the wrong finger all proved that nothing was going to stand in the way of true love. How beautiful is Wild Earth? Almost as beautiful as the wedding of Jade and Cody in February this year. Surrounded by all the wonders of nature and of course their nearest and dearest, Jade and Cody pledged their love for each other and officially joined theirs and Levi’s lives together. How amazing love is, it manages to unite us all and the love shared on this special day was definitely felt by everyone. Deb and Nathan chose beautiful Glendale to make their ultimate commitment to each other in February this year, and what a day it was!

The wind playing havoc with Deb’s veil caused a mid-ceremony bridal party reshuffle and then there was the vanishing engagement ring certainly adding excitement to the day with guests crawling around searching in the grass. Luckily it was found 2 weeks later thanks to a metal detector! Whew!!

But all of that aside, what a day! Filled with so much fun, love and laughter and a few sneaky tears here and there. I had the best time with these two legends and their beautiful family. Nathan and Deb, they say true love never runs smoothly and sometimes weddings don’t either but, in the end, it was absolutely amazing. So, congratulations, you have found in each other a perfect love and a promise of forever.

I was absolutely thrilled to have been a part of my cousin Sam and Leanne’s special day at the fabulous Adams Distillery, Glen Ireh Estate, Perth Tasmania earlier this year.

Life’s curveballs can catch us off guard, but they can be the moments that shape us and make us stronger. Witnessing Wez and Elyse exchange vows and say “I do” was a powerful reminder of love’s ability to conquer all. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house as their love united a beautiful family creating unbreakable bonds. In stunning Sandford, by the water and surrounded by those who fill their hearts with love was definitely a magical moment. So, here’s to embracing life’s twists and turns, knowing that love will always win in the end.

Thank you so much to everyone who has taken the time to give me a review, it really means the world to me. I was just taking a trip down memory lane and wanted to share this one again. What a wedding it was. I normally experience a first within all of my ceremonies but this one had it all. The bride driving herself to the wedding, via the pub for a shot with the bridal party and culminating with a quick change at the reception - why change from one dress to another when you can just change the dress you're in! Sharni and Nick - I loved your wedding, what a great vibe.

Two years ago, I began my journey as a marriage celebrant by officiating my daughter Maddi’s wedding to the love of her life, Josh. Since then, I have had the privilege of making the dreams of so many couples come true. It’s been a magical! Meeting incredible couples and their families, each with their own unique love story filling my heart with warmth and gratitude.
Last Tuesday, I was honoured to be chosen among Tasmania’s top 10 celebrants! I’m humbled, excited and truly grateful to the couples who trusted me with the most special day of their lives and nominated and voted for me.

Country Love Celebration! Earlier this year I visited one of Tassie’s gems, the beautiful Pyengana, for a magical wedding on the family farm. Hamish and Sahara gave their commitment to each other surrounded by the love and laughter of their nearest and dearest and the sweetest 4-legged friends. Even a secret garden couldn’t keep this love story a secret in January this year. Catherine and Justin’s first date was to the Putt-it mini golf at beautiful Grindelwald, so naturally that’s exactly where they chose to say “I do” and commit to a lifetime of adventures together.
