A delicious collaboration between Truffle Melbourne and Truffle Paddock’s Nigel Wood and Chef Matt Woodhouse of Black Slate Kitchen to share the goodness of truffles all through spring and summer!
After lockdown you’ll be able to find our roving truffle temple around town and also available to book for private functions and event catering. From casual toasties at the market to five-course menus for up to 200 guests, we say bring it on!

Seasoned with togarashi and a few trout pearls. Served with wonton crisps.

We sous vide the carrots in vincotto and honey and then finish in the oven until sticky. Paired with a delicious sweet and sour grape Agrodolce dressing and a roasted macadamia cream.
