All you need to do is get those orders in the night before, and your meals will be delivered straight to your door in fully recyclable, insulated packaging.

With your support, together we’re achieving great things in our humble quest to transform the ready made meal market. We’re doing it at our own pace, growing in a sustainable fashion, and we’re completely ok with that.

We’re not flashy, famous, or fast-moving.
We’re subtle, small and slow-paced (right down to our slow-cooked signature style).

We know you’re spoilt for choice, so we gratefully send a huge ‘thank you’ for each and every time you’ve chosen to support us, and our commitment to simply good, honest cooking of the highest quality.

Sunday afternoon rainy days calls for a fresh batch of ragu a la bolognese.

We don't think we bang on enough about this HLF signature, so we're gonna tell ya why we think our bologense is a winner.

An 80 year old Nonna’s recipe, straight from the Bologna Chamber of Commerce. This is seriously authentic, better-than-your-average bolognese. Pancetta sautéed until crispy with a soffrito of onion, celery, carrot then slow-cooked with pork mince, beef mince, red wine, milk, passata and herbs.

Oh, actually one more small (or big) thing - enough sauce to serve a family of 3-4pp (generously).

We’re making some changes! As of this week, your Harvest Lane meals will now be delivered on Tuesdays (no longer Wednesdays) giving you an even better start to the week 🙌🏻

A little back story for you…

We often get asked why Wednesday has been our main delivery day for the past 3 years or so. I think most people expect a sound business response around buyer behaviour or weekly patterns…nope. It was simply because our littlest tacker was in daycare that day and we could safely run around and do our own deliveries without dragging him along in his booster seat. The day just stuck!

Delivered straight to your door by our incredible delivery partner, in insulated packaging that keep your meals safe until you’re ready to unbox and enjoy.

Our Thai Red Chicken Curry is back this week 🌶️
Not your usual, this one is our riff on classic flavours with the zesty inclusion of lemongrass, ginger and kaffir lime. It’s fresh, it’s zingy, it’s spicy…and it’s delicious. Tossed with caramelised roast pumpkin to soak up all that coconut milk-rich sauce and crisp green beans for some Springtime crunch.

Change can be scary, we know! But if there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years its that change can often be exactly what’s needed to create space to thrive (or if we’re being completely honest) to simply survive.
•
It’s no surprise that times are incredibly tough for small businesses out there, particularly within the food and hospitality industry. We’ve fought the good fight for awhile now, but unfortunately we do need to implement some necessary changes to our pricing structure in order to keep delivering on our promise to you - ready made meals of the highest possible quality, made with the biggest amount of heart. It’s what you’ve come to know and love from us, and we refuse to compromise on our quality and ethos just because the industry is under pressure.
•
As such, you’ll see that we’ve increased our free delivery threshold, and you’ll soon see a slight price increase across some (not all!) of our products. It’s a decision that we haven’t taken lightly, but with the continued increase in all costs right across the business…everything from ingredients, to packaging, to rent, to delivery, we just can’t absorb it all.
•
But it’s not all bad! These changes mean you’ll soon see some really positive new additions to our product offering, a bit of a fresh shake up (hint, hint) and a broader delivery setup.
•
We thank you ever so much for your ongoing support during these challenging times. We know it’s tough for everyone right now, so we appreciate each and every time you choose to spend your hard-earned dollars with us. We continue to be blown away by you guys!

After a good few weeks sold out, Carnitas is back! First we dry rub our boneless pork shoulders in a traditional spice mix, then marinate in jalapeños, onions, garlic, orange juice and other deliciousness, before slow cooking overnight until fork-tender. Just add rice, tacos, tortillas or whatever tickles your fancy…and be transported to the streets of Oaxaca 🇲🇽

Happy New Year! January is… freezing?! Hope your festive season was well spent with family and friends, recharging, relaxing…and the occasional indulgence thrown in for good measure. It’s all about balance, right?! This week sees us back in the kitchen cooking up a storm. Things may look a little different over at Harvest Lane as we shift our focus from fresh to frozen. There’s a few reasons for this (some wayyyy too boring to mention) but the main one is this: We want to offer more of Harvest Lane to you, more often. We can do even more batch-cooking of our signature dishes and best-sellers (so they are more readily available and don’t sell out as often), improve our delivery service and widen our delivery footprint beyond the beaches. Don’t worry, our frozen meals will still have the beautifully fresh garnishes you’ve come to know and love, but they’ll be snap-frozen to preserve their flavour and freshness. Fresh will still make an appearance on a limited, seasonal basis and we’re working on a way to share our favourite sides and condiments with you.
