The “big house” is undergoing some renovations… some BIG renovations and some BIG plans are loading for

The primary suite is almost complete so it was time to test out the bathtub.

We are thinking of adding a big, luscious, ROUND, outdoor bathtub for guests to enjoy…what do you think?

Let’s taco ‘bout 🌮

Dan & Mickey stopped by to serve up authentic Mexican street food.

Fried corn ribs, homemade chunky guacamole 🥑 and fish, cauliflower and chicken tacos. 🌮 🌮 🌮

There was not a single corn chip left…. delivered the perfect laid back vibe for our wedding couple and their guests.

We’ve been pretty quiet over here…ok…let’s be real….we’ve been absolutely MIA.

I lost my beautiful mama back in July….and as the winter weather closed in around us it just felt right to take a break and spend time with my little ones and the man that always holds everything together.

Behind the scenes though there have been gorgeous weddings and celebrations and we can’t wait to share those moments here over the coming weeks.

Spring has arrived and the promise of better times (and hopefully warmer weather) is in the air and the wedding season ahead is filling us with so much anticipation and happiness.

As we say goodbye to 2021, it’s time to let go of what no longer serves us and embrace the new energy ahead.

2021 was a tough year …but it was made brighter by all the beautiful couples that said their vows under the pines, celebrated special milestones and came to recharge in the cottage.

Isn’t this THE most breathtaking bride? One of our most favourite bridal stays EVER. This gorgeous girl stayed the night before her wedding and then returned with her new husband for their wedding night. They spent their first morning as Mr & Mrs celebrating with brunch on the lawns. So much flexibility to celebrate your events your way.
