Gourmet catering from charcoal spit roast buffets to finger food, we serve quality food and can tailor packages to suit your budget. Or how about sushi, gyoza, rice paper rolls, or satay chicken skewers? We specialise in SPIT ROAST functions in and around the Melbourne area. We can cook WHOLE pigs or lambs on a charcoal spit. We can also provide cuts of Pork, Beef, Lamb and any types of meat that can be cooked on a charcoal spit. We even spit roast Turkey for Xmas events.
