Exciting news! King Valley BBQ is bringing the Meat Wagon to the La Dolce Vita Festival at King River Estate for both days, and we’re rolling in with a mouth-watering menu you won’t want to miss:

🔥 Brisket Rolls – 18-hour smoked brisket with American cheese, pickles, jalapeños, and our famous “That Sauce.”
🔥 Pulled Pork Rolls – Texas-style twice-cooked, hand-pulled scotch fillet with Momma’s Slaw and Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce.
🔥 Party Wings – Cherry-smoked wings with our homemade Alabama white sauce.
🔥 Loaded Nachos – Pulled pork, Mexican cheese, beans, guacamole, sour cream, fire-roasted salsa, and jalapeños.
🔥 Meat Platters – A bit of everything for two to share: brisket, pulled pork, wings, thighs, salad, and potato salad – all for $55!

Dear Valued Customers and Supporters,

With heavy hearts, we announce that we will not be participating in the Off-Grid Living Festival this year—an event we have not only been a part of for the last five years but have deeply cherished supporting. This festival has been a highlight for us at King Valley BBQ, embodying the spirit of community and sustainability we hold dear.

Unfortunately, recent changes introduced by Wangaratta Council now require us to pay an unprecedented fee of $2100 to attend. This new fee, coming after seven years of participating in countless community events without such charges—including council-run events like the Outdoor Balls and New Year's Eve celebrations—makes our attendance this year economically unviable.

We are profoundly disappointed by this development. The new direction taken by Wangaratta Council, imposing such fees on us for the first time, has left us disheartened. Our commitment to engaging with our community and being part of meaningful events has always been at the heart of our business. However, under these new financial demands, we find ourselves unable to participate without compromising the quality and integrity of what we offer.

To those who were anticipating our presence at the Off-Grid Living Festival, we extend our sincerest apologies. Your support over the years has been invaluable, and it is with your encouragement in mind that we make this difficult decision.

This is not a farewell to our involvement in community events but a temporary step back as we navigate these challenges. We are dedicated to exploring alternative ways to connect with and serve our community and will keep you updated on our journey.

Thank you for your understanding and unwavering support. We eagerly look forward to the opportunity to be part of such enriching events again, under more favorable circumstances.
