Hello 👋

I follow a few small catering|food businesses in the USA and they work quiet successfully in a ‘shared kitchen’ space.

This works whereby establishment restaurants/cafe’s who may close certain days of the week ie: Mon/Tues rent their kitchen space to these small businesses to utilise to create their produce.

With very few commercial kitchen spaces available to rent & the cost to outlay to get into this space when you are starting out is high.

Wondering are there any businesses in Port Stephens who would be open to discussing the ‘shared kitchen’ space ?

We had the privilege last night to cater for the Port Stephens Women in Business meeting. A cold winters night called for Indian curries.

Our business is now making ready-made family meals weekly, as well as creating grazing boxes.

Birthday weekend!! Let’s talk about the food Bannisters Port Stephens Copenhagen Master Class was sensational- Trout cooked to perfection the entire meal had three base ingredients trout, cabbage & potatoes simple but done well! And then Sunday Dinner done right LIGHT YEARS chef’s selection banquet. Food was exceptional but the company was second to none, thank you all for a great birthday. Big Love L xx
