His little infection is slowly slowly getting there. He has orbital cellulitis, and he had already done a week of antibiotics because it’s a nasty infection for anyone to get and can turn into some pretty horrible things if you don’t treat it quickly, but we had his check up yesterday and the Dr is still a bit concerned. He still gets swelling in his eyes and sometimes still gunky. Very up and down day to day. It’s not contagious to us, but he isn’t allowed to go to kindy until it’s gone incase it flares up quickly and I need to get him to the dr or hospital. talk about not being able to sleep properly because I keep needing to check him or he’s waking up all the time. So he has 5 days more of antibiotics 😬 which I don’t love for him but we are stocked up on kids probiotics and vitamins. He’s gone off his food a bit which is stressful because he is the best eater ever and right now I want him eating lots of veggies and he’s just not into anything. Today he ate better. He had sushi and broccoli and tofu and veggies and the only things he was spitting out was weetbix and he’s not into his yoghurt or his fruit pouches. He smashed some watermelon, so we are getting there. It’s so hard when they aren’t well. But he’s on the mend. It’s just slow and very tiring. I think I hit a wall tonight. But the kids are having sleepovers and he had an early night so I’ll watch the entire internet and do nothing. Thor just jumped in the baby pool tho cos I couldn’t lift it to empty after all the rain . So that’s delightful having a wet dog crying to get inside 😳🙄so relaxing. Happy Saturday

Omg this post went crazy at the time and people were going nuts at me because I swore so much and Minty had Dummy’s 🤣 but that fu***ng ugly dress still haunts me.

Something happened today. Something horrific. Something so traumatizing only my best friends will know the extent of how deeply I am disturbed by it(and maybe u guys now because I kind of told u the extent of my horror). Today while shopping for clothes for Minty for summer. I carelessly browsed the isles looking for simple yet cute clothes for Minty and foolishly I didn't spot the horror that was hanging in front of her wide bright eyes. A dress. A dress she was never meant to see. A dress that I'm pretty sure is actually pajamas. She grabbed it with passion and panic and stared at me while almost holding her breath. In the hands of my child. My beautiful stylish easy to dress child. Was two familiar faces smiling at me. Fu***ng frozen. Elsa and Ana staring at me like two f**kwits on coke ready to sing a stupid song about a snowman. Usually I am able to divert her attention to other things so she never really gets a good glimpse of licensed clothing. But today was different. Today was with me. And GG gives this child ANYTHING SHE WANTS!!!!!!! She is her grandma so that's her job, but great Zeus's beard, does it have to be frozen. Mintys death grip was like I have never ever dealt with. While my mum pi**ed herself laughing at Mintys seriousness and passion for wanting this putrid ugly as f**k 'dress' I was unable to win against her godlike strength. My mum thought it would be hilarious to let her wear it in the shop. Minty danced in front of a mirror singing 'let it go' ***nggooooooooo and I knew life had changed. Life was a tiny bit uglier, yet somehow beautiful. her tiredness and passion for the ugly dress was strong. Almost Jedi like! The lady at the checkout had to scan the tag while it was still on Minty while she had a death grip on GG because she knew GG would never make her take it off. Smart smart child. She fell asleep in the trolly with it on. We drove home. She wore it all night. attempted to change her for bed and the screams that came from her room were the types of screams reserved for being murdered. She still has the dress on. ***ngfrozen

*Personal Post.. more at * Sooooo ooook this could explain a lot. Ok let me give you the run down. Withdrawing from antidepressants the last couple weeks, just finished them and started the new ones. It’s hell on earth in your brain and body if you’ve been through it. Sedative not working that my dr wants me to take for a few ways while I adjust to the change over plus the insomnia. Chronic pain(that’s normal for me but it’s amplified by the anxiety). Period just started and mine are very painful. And it’s a full moon. So I’ve got some super dreamy on, taking advantage of this weird 4:27am adrenaline rush and doing some calm work on here. I’ve been trying since 11pm to go to sleep and it for annoying so I watched for a bit and then meditated with app but suddenly something has happened. For weeks I’ve had zero motivation to create or to be inspired with ideas and while meditating, my brain couldn’t focus on any of it because I’ve finally become mildly inspired to do some s**t. I reaaaally want to sleep though. But my brain won’t stop. Do you sometimes feel so so tired and your head won’t let you sleep?! I’ll get some sleep before school drop off. But good morning to those getting up. Have a lovely day 📸

I’ve been burning incense, Sage and resin like crazy this week. I’m coming off antidepressants to start new ones and it’s like a firestorm in my head and body, so I’ve just had all of the smoke cleansers on rotate. My house smells amazing btw. But I have to focus so hard on my breathing and meditation and the smoke cleansing helps focus everything for me personally. And the smell of sage is next level amazing. Kinda smells a bit like w**d actually do I convince myself I’m getting all mellowed out by the sage 🤣 I’ve got fresh sticks online now if you need to clear your brains and spaces after mercury retrograde, it’s ended now hooray! So let’s cleanse
