My Name is Nat, or you can call me Shillo. However, I am also known as Shillobrations! I merged my surname Shillington with Celebrations to create my business name . As all of the ceremonies I create are as unique as me, and ultimately are a celebration of you.

I love to create the full spectrum of emotion. The raw, real, and vulnerable moments. The happy tears and the ugly ones. Not the token or cheeseyrama fake smiley ones. Let’s showcase the real you. As I want you and your favourite humans to all have the best time.

You and your guests will have all of the feels – love, laughter, love, raw, natural, and honest moments that are 100% and authentically a celebration of you. Capturing the essence of you as a couple and telling your incredible and unique love story is my jam!

I am a young, local modern Marriage Celebrant based in the beautiful colour city of Orange, in Central West NSW. With almost eight years’ experience, I am regularly booked 12 – 18 months in advance. And it is such a privilege to be a preferred celebrant at so many amazing Wedding Venues here in Orange and in the Central West.

You’ll hardly see me in wedding photos as I stand to the side, waaaaay out of the way as it is your day. A huge thanks to for this photo. for the social media knowhow. My glowup team for the hair and for teaching me how to do my own makeup. All of the amazing venues I am so privileged to officiate at, and the incredible local vendors who I am proud to partner with. And of course, my gorgeous couples.

Oh yup and probs should also use this opportunity to give a shout out and thanks to my spunky husband (who some people think is a Hemsworth doppelganger) of almost ten years (woot!), and my three fabulous kiddies. The demands of a celebrant often takes you away from key family time on weekends and weeknights and I am so grateful for your love and support.

MARRIED // Georgia and Jayden at Cook Park, Orange.
Their first impressions were via Snapchat, when they saw a photo of one another, with Georgia asking who was in the photo and if he was single. Keen to meet him in person Georgia stalked Jayden via Facebook but it was to no avail as he wasn’t on Facebook. Fortunately, they were able to eventually connect as Jayden obtained Georgia’s number and they went for their first date . “Over the course of the evening my friends checked up on me regularly to ensure that Jayden wasn’t a creep. I quickly I knew I was in trouble – not long after I met Jayden. He wasn’t a creep, actually far from it - as I knew I wanted to marry him.”

Thank you for the opportunity to be your marriage celebrant.

SUPER SECRET // I had the privilege of officiating an early morning elopement at . Amazing to experience the tranquility of the stunning surrounds with just us present. It was so private that their amazing photographer Kara from .runaway.hearts and Bec the new superstar Events Manager at were witnesses. What an honour to also be there to observe and record an incredibly emotional first look! We were all in tears. Can’t wait to share more about the elopement when the love birds return from their honeymoon and inform all of their family and friends about their special day.

VINES // At you are spoilt for a variety of locations for your ceremony. From in front of the vines to under the shade near your reception. Or elevated with views to Mt Canobolas further back on the property. This photo I took is just outside the entrance to the Bull Paddock. It’s so dreamy 💕 when couples walk through the vineyard.

MARRIED // Livia and Dony. Born in Indonesia, met at college and married in Orange. These two lovers have the most positive and infectious energy. Their optimism, love, and happiness was evident from our first meeting through to celebrating on their wedding day - which was absolutely freezing 🥶 ! We warmed up via lots of love 💕 and laughter inside the iconic and historic mansion at for their ceremony, surrounded by their closest family and friends.

Thanks for the opportunity to be your marriage celebrant.

Aww you two 😊. I’m so thrilled that you thought your ceremony was “perfection” and that “all your guests commented how the ceremony was the best they’ve ever been to, and they loved how inclusive and open it was.”

This was such a memorable ceremony for a gorgeous couple so happy and soooo in love and in awe of one another. It was it was one of the last big weddings I officiated in 2020 before the rona restrictions came into place.

Madi and Alex. After meeting via mutual friends Madi’s first impressions of Alex was that he was very quiet but so very cute and handsome. Meanwhile Alex thought Madi was wild, likes to party but was also a lot of fun.
-
Madi was more active in the pursuit for love and it paid off when she realised he was the first person she had properly loved outside her family, and wasn’t too sure on what all the feelings meant. However pretty soon into dating she had caught all the feels 🥰. Alex realised he was in love a month in, and they said “I love 💕 you” six weeks after their first date.
-
After some long distance and time together Madi had been dropping all the hints... and even entered Alex into an engagement ring competition. Unfortunately he came second, however he did end up selecting one which was Madi’s dream style ring 💍.
-
Fast track to their wedding day where we were so fortunate to have their wedding ceremony outside at gorgeous despite the prediction of afternoon storms.

Congratulations Jessica and Simon. It was quite fitting for them to have chosen a white backdrop for their arbour, as it mirrored the snow ❄️ that was falling outside on their wedding day in late September.

They dealt with these setbacks with dignity and ease. Demonstrating first hand to myself and all their family and friends that through a strong partnership any obstacle can be overcome and love always wins! 💕

I’m always so inspired and impressed by the creativity of couples and our local vendors.
Lauren and Rob asked if they could use the bench seats from Sisters Rock Restaurant for their wedding ceremony which was pre Covid. It looked amazing and Katherine and the events team were really accommodating. I know this first hand as I was married at myself nearly seven years ago!

Nikki and Bobbie. Two lovely ladies committed to supporting and helping others. It was such an honour to support them as they made the biggest commitment becoming wife and wife whilst officiating the first female same s*x wedding at
-
Over twelve years ago they met at the pub... but Nikki made Bobbie patiently wait another ten years. Nikki then approached Bobbie via Facebook. They enjoyed their first date but the combination of complex carbohydrates of spaghetti 🍝 and a long day at the mines was too much for Nicole and she fell asleep on the couch.
-
A few years later Bobbie proposed to Nikki in her sleep 😴 talk, but Nikki didn’t think it would officially happen that day, as she thought she would chicken 🐥 out!
-
There were lots of tears 😭 during the two bridal party arrivals and over the course of the ceremony where the magnitude of finally being able to solidify their commitment in front of family and friends became overwhelming. We balanced their ceremony with lots of joy, happiness and laughter on a stunning Spring day in Orange.

Congratulations Aimy and Tom. This photo was prior to the ceremony commencing at Machattie Park in Bathurst. Unfortunately when guests started to appear the rain 🌧 was falling which forced us to conduct our ceremony in the rotunda. When our gorgeous bride 👰 Aimy arrived it was the pouring with rain. However it couldn’t dampen her enthusiasm for marrying the man of her dreams.
-
Sadly the location had been changed a few times in light of Covid regulations. Fortunately prior to their nuptials they had enjoyed first look photos in a paddock as the rain clouds rolled in.
-
During the ceremony they experienced the full spectrum of emotion - tears, reflection, surprise and plenty of love 💕 and laughter. It was easy to forget the windy and wet weather around us as we were so immersed and invested in the ceremony. As we concluded the formalities the rain cleared to enable Mrs. and Mr Basche to bask in newlywedded bliss with the sun ☀️ shining behind them and enjoy photos in the gorgeous glistening green gardens.

Jessica and Simon. The Cambridge Hotel in Parkes was where their love story began. After their initial meeting Jessica pursued Simon by casually sliding into his DMs to wish him happy birthday.
-
After continuing to chat Jess was keen to make things official, so she was cheeky and said “I don’t think we can be friends anymore... “ Fortunately Simon’s clever and smooth response was “ok, well will you be my girlfriend instead?” They were then together for five years before getting engaged.
-
We ended up indoors for their ceremony due to the snow ❄️ in late September on their wedding day. This was both unexpected but magical at the same time.

Congratulations Khiarly and Scott. We managed to delay the ceremony for the rain 🌧 to clear, to enable them to declare their love in front of family and friends 💕 at the iconic elevated wedding ceremony area at earlier in the year.
-
Whilst it required a lot of last minute changes behind the scenes, Katherine superstar events extraordinaire at was amazing 👏 and the groomsmen helped and guests relocate. It was all so worth it so Khiarly and Scott could celebrate with the backdrop of the green rolling hills as they had planned. It was certainly cold but nothing could dampen their love 🥰 and admiration for each other.

Khiarly and Scott. They met at a local pub called the Duck 🦆, after the Wagga Ag races. Where Scott claimed to have accidentally bumped or really waddled into Khiarly. Scott gave Khiarly his business card so she had his contact details and for Khiarly, a uni student with a HECS debt she thought she had struck gold! Khiarly still has that business card.
-
They fell for one another quickly. Khiarly knew Scott was the one when he was fishing 🎣 on his fam at his family property. She was still impressed despite him not catching a fish 🐟.
-
For Scott he said I knew Khiarly was the one “when I went to bed drunk without brushing my teeth 🦷, and Khiarly brought the toothbrush and water to the bedside and did it for me!” 😂

So much fun partnering with these two and sharing their unique and hilarious love 💕 story.

Congratulations Hayley and Nicholas. Reminiscing of the rural and rustic ceremony vibes at . What a stunning backdrop to start life as husband and wife.
-
This was such a loved up ceremony for two lovely humble humans 🥰! They both thought each other was out of their league. The all important endorsement from friends gave them the confidence they needed, in addition to Nicholas’ family (two days after they started dating) saying “you’ll marry this girl”. Fast forward two years later they said “I do” to a lifetime of forever with one another surrounded by family and friends.

Sarah and Brian. They met at high school, despite being from a small town where most people knew one another. Sarah actually had no idea who Brian was, or that he existed until he was introduced by a mutual friend.
-
Sarah’s first impressions of Brian was that he was “tall, handsome and funny. He gave me butterflies 🦋 in my tummy and still does to this day sometimes 🥰.”
-
Meanwhile Brian outlined that “Sarah skipped out of school a few times so we could spend time together. I was attracted to the loud, outgoing, friendly, funny, kind hearted and attractive woman who captivated my attention 😍.”

After five years together, three interstate moves and creating various memories Brian popped the question with their incredible wedding taking place at

Lauren and Rob. They met at uni when they attended Baxter college at UNSW.
-
Rob recalled being attracted to “Lauren’s smile, infectious personality and she had a heart of gold... The more time I spent with her the more I fell for her. She had just the most amazing smile and gorgeous dimples, it was a very good first impression.”
-
Lauren meanwhile said “Rob looked good in cricket whites, however I enjoyed working on my tan more so than watching him play cricket!”
-
Lauren made the first move as she said Rob was “oblivious to any girl who had an interest in him.” So she employed the help of a good mutual friend to act as their wingman.

Congratulations Lauren and Luke. Reflecting back on a wonderful and wet wedding at stunning earlier this year.
-
Unfortunately the torrential rain forced us undercover to in front of the cellar door and reception area. Katherine, Gaye and the team at did an outstanding job to ensure all guests and the bridal party were undercover and warm courtesy of the heaters and fire pits which enabled the location to glow along with Lauren and Luke’s happiness.
-
The fabulous arbour featured, was on loan from Sam another bride I had married about a year ago who happened to be in their bridal party. It was so nice to see familiar faces during this ceremony and share lots of laughs with their closest family and friends who all snuggled in together to witness their nuptials.

We're all so excited by the announcements made last week, about plans to start to safely bring people together again.

We will all be on the other side of this, ready to throw everyone the biggest parties here in the Central West - and we really can't wait to get back to work!

So many great businesses involved in this video (and there are many more in the Central West who could've been involved in this, but there wasn't enough room to fit everyone in!)
