The most incredible, affirming experience of our young catering career has seen its last night completed. We can't begin to thank enough for trusting us to take this journey alongside him and share in expanding and exploring his heart and soul!
The people we have met, the food we created, the Sangria consumed, have all made memories that while built in only 3 weeks, will last a lifetime.

Every Spaniard promises that their mother makes the best Jamon croquetas, but let me tell you, Mama Sanchez definitely does!! Croquetas de Jamón (cured ham croquettes) are small, lightly breaded, filled with creamy bechamel sauce and fried. Great as an appetiser and perfectly matched with a glass of Sangria.
