I have been delighted to assist brides and sellers of wedding gowns connect through my consignment store, Love Me Twice, since 2008.
As you can imagine, the last few years has caused many to assess where to head next, and I will include myself in that number!
While it was a delight to resume consignments after those years we weren't able to operate, I have decided to continue with my design projects and also have a bit of travel on the cards to spend more time with family ❤️
So, I will be transitioning our services to a more online presence over the next few months, through our new Facebook group (link below)
My goal is to continue to assist brides find their dream dress and for sellers to have a supported setting to reach brides, while having professional input from myself (and gradually other dressmakers) to know what to ask, what information to provide, how to conduct a fitting (this doesn't have to be in your home!) and any of my expertise I can offer to ensure that our Melbourne ( & Australia wide) pre-loved/sustainable wedding gown community can continue to thrive!

These are both petite gowns.
The Maggie sottero has a silver lace bodice with Ivory skirt & can be let out to the original size.
The Inbal Dror is a blush colour & will suit someone with similar measurements. It can be taken in smaller, but not really suited to be made bigger.

The original brides would love to know that these dresses can have another walk down the aisle! If we cannot find a new bride for these gowns, they will be donated ❤️

Absolutely love it when brides can see how to make a gown completely their own.
We changed the style of this bodice to suit the bride in both resizing and adjusting the lace detail.
This was one of our gowns, so we had a little spare lace to make these changes.
We love revamping styles as it's the perfect way for brides to capture a vision of a gown in progress, be sustainable and end up with a customised style perfect for them.
Looking for an alterationist/dressmaker in the Bendigo region for one of our brides. The bride is happy to travel a little bit for the right person, preferably in the West/North side of Victoria.
The bride's gown is a lovely Retro/vintage gown in excellent condition, requiring a few adjustments to personalise and fit better. Not overly complicated, but still requires someone with a good eye for fit.
