Another week, another new venue! Tonight the Smiletime crew were supposed to be at an amazing venue in Moama. With all the floods, tonight’s couple had 2 weeks to turn around and start at another venue.
Tonight we help celebrate at Camp David Farm near Kyneton.
Tonight’s setup at Radcliffe’s in Echuca.. feels like it has been an eon since we have been to this amazing venue.
Another Saturday night, another rooftop venue.

Set up at our first wedding since april last year. limited props, physical distancing and sanitising a plenty. Boy have we missed this!
Back operating again in NSW at the Barham Services Club. The occasion... a birthday party for a spritely young lady who is celebrating her 90th! special new purple backdrop created just for the evening, but will be a welcome addition to the options we have.
Once again, we are finding ourselves in tricky times. We are still open for contact and discussion about your future events. We are still taking bookings for when everything opens up again and we can help you all celebrate your special occasions. Until we are sure of everything, venue limits, size of gatherings and the practicalities of keeping the booths safe, we are happy to take bookings without the requirement for a deposit.
To our customers who have booked with us already, and are working on rescheduling, we will do our utmost to help you celebrate on whichever new dates you decide on.

Things are a little weird at the moment. We are still taking bookings, but at this stage we are not even collecting deposits. We will just hold the date for you, because like you we are still quite unsure about how things are going to open up. Thankfully, the team at Smiletime Photobooth are still able to keep operating without having to worry about things too much. We are totally understanding that rescheduling is a possibility in these times. We just want everyone to keep themselves safe and donthe best they can in these trying times.
Well that was one hell of a weekend for the crew. For the first time we had all three booths out for weddings on Saturday night. Bendigo, Echuca and Moama. We backed this up on Sunday morning with our retro booth and modular signature at the All Seasons Bendigo wedding expo.
We are looking forward to the next few weeks as we test some new, more compact LED lighting, and some new features of our software.

A small announcement...
We have worked closely with Rachel at Little Birdie Creative for the last few years. We are pretty stoked to be able to purchase this machine and continue to deliver amazing service to the central Victorian community. We wish Rachel all the best with her new direction and we can’t wait to continue to build our business and help people celebrate. This will be a new challenge. Three Photobooth’s means we will be able to help 3 times as many people with their celebrations!!!
With this growth, it also means we will need additional assistance. Stay tuned and we will introduce a few new members of staff!
{A Little Announcement}
After nearly 4 years, and a countless amount of amazing weddings & parties I have decided it’s time to part ways with my little retro photo booth. It was really an honour and a privilege to help so many wonderful people celebrate the special occasions in their lives. It was an amazing ride but time to move on to the next chapter. I’m very excited to now have more time to focus on my first love of portrait photography and can’t wait to share the many exciting things coming. As for my little retro photo booth, don’t worry you can still find it at Smile Time Photo Booth. Jason and Bridget from Smile Time are now the proud new owners, I know anyone looking for a photo booth won’t be disappointed, their service is the best out there – so please drop them a line if you’re looking for a photo booth. You may have seen Jason below at the Country Bridal Collective Wedding Expo recently. Thanks to everyone out there who has gotten Little Birdie Creative to be where it is today. Rachel x

It has been a massive weekend behind the booth. Friday night at the Castlemaine State Festival supporting VLine, a wedding with an amazing couple at the Ulumbarra Theatre- which is an incredible venue to work in. It has the most amazing lighting inside. Finished the weekend with the All Seasons Wedding Expo.
With a week or so break, we have been working like crazy. Photo backups made, design layouts tidied up and lots of cleaning!! Ready for a busy 2019!

With the onset of Winter and a slightly quieter time, we have had a chance to catch our breath and get some jobs and maintenance done. Have you ever wondered what happens in the booth? While we are very much about 'what happens in the booth, stays in the booth', it is always interesting to see events from the inside.
