Wingko is typically a round coconut cake that is typically served in warm, small pieces. Wingko is sold either in the form of a large, plate-sized cake or small, paper wrapped cakes. Our Wingko is thick, moist and melts in your mouth as you bite them… yum…

Here we are… another Indonesian Traditional Jajan Pasar (dessert) from .au - 𝗣𝗨𝗧𝗨 𝗔𝗬𝗨 OR 𝗣𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗜 𝗔𝗬𝗨

Originated from Java Island. Its a combination of sweet pandan steamed sponge cakes and savoury dessicated coconut on top.

Using our secret recipe, the sponge cake has a very soft and fluffy texture last for more than 48 hours in room temperature.

RISOLES RAGOUT - Rolled Pancake Fritters

When I was little, every morning I wait for mom to come back from wet market bring so many different type of Indonesia’s traditional snacks which is also known as jajan pasar. Risoles has always become one of my fav🥰

Not many can resist the temptation of deep-fried snacks especially the savoury ones. If you like something creamy, cheesy and soft in the inside but crispy on the outside, then this should not be missed.

Nowadays in Indonesia, you can easily get risoles almost everywhere, from fancy malls, five-star hotels to home sellers.

GEMBLONG is one of Indonesian Traditional Kue (snack)includes in Jajan Pasar. It uses Glutinious Rice flour and coconut, coated with palm sugar

However in East Java it is known as GETAS, similar to Gemblong but use Black Glutinious Rice & coated with white sugar.
