Jo (Joanne) Baker Bio

Jo has always had a great love for all animals. With her first career choice being a veterinarian, until work experience exposed her soft heart was not geared for a lot of aspects required in the job.

Jo has loved many pets over the years and currently enjoys her chickens, cat and the endless colourful and entertaining wild birdlife that visit her home on a daily basis.
 
Jo finally found deep reward and peace in her work life with teaching others Yoga and Meditation and has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years, while raising her two wonderful sons, whom are now young men.  Jo has created and developed a beautiful urban yoga and wellness retreat space at her home in Caboolture where her daily intention is to support others to find their inner peace and joy via the many offerings and knowledge she has gained over the years.

Doves are a symbol of peace, love and light and have been for nearly as long as time itself and I believe the White Wings Dove Service, is a truly beautiful way for people to drawer this powerful symbology into their special life events.  It is an honour to support people in these extra special moments when adding the beauty and simplicity of the birds to create deeper heartfelt lifelong memories.
