From our work Fam Bam to yours , wishing you and yours a wonderful Christmas and a fantastic 2023!!

This year has been quite a ride and we’ve managed to get through it together. From one extreme to another we have fed so many people the last 6 months! Its not even funny 😆 Lachlan and I have managed not to kill eachother / phew / chefs managed not to kill me / phew / and we are looking forward to cheese toasties and margaritas for a couple of weeks 😂

We cannot thank our amazing chefs, drivers and staff for all you do, you truly are the best of the best and we are forever grateful for your outstanding work, commitment and friendships 🙏

To our reliable suppliers also, we are grateful, without you we got nothin’!!

To those who screwed us over, to those of you who stole from us, good luck to you. May karma one day bite you in the 🤣

“CARBON base” commenced as an Organic Specialty Cafe at East Brisbane in 2001. The Catering quickly overtook the Cafe and Carbon Base Catering was born!

We are a passionate team of Food Lovers and Chefs that prepare and deliver Traditional Catering Platters as well as Trending Cuisines & Meals that are delicious and fresh.
