My dearest customers and everyone involved with Flowers by Sureyya

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide you with a personal update. Over the past three months, my focus has been on caring for my son, who was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in Bali and sustained multiple injuries. His recovery is my top priority, and I'm grateful for the understanding and support you've shown during this challenging time.

In addition to your support, many of you participated in the fundraising campaign to help cover part of my son's treatments in Bali. Your generosity has made a significant impact on his recovery journey, and we are truly touched by the outpouring of love.

Your kindness has meant the world to us. While I will continue to be there for my son, I also recognize the importance of resuming Flowers by Sureyya operations. Many of you have special occasions coming up, and I'm committed to helping you with your floral needs.

Starting tomorrow I'll be gradually reopening the business. Your patience and continued support are invaluable. If you have any upcoming events or flower requests, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you for being part of the Flowers by Sureyya family. Your understanding, encouragement, and contributions to the fundraising campaign have been a source of strength. I look forward to assisting you with your flower arrangements once again.
