Golden Roast Canberra are looking to expand their team before an extremely busy few months ahead. We are a mobile catering business. We do weddings, birthdays, graduations, corporate events, you name it we do it! It’s a great way to meet people and get out there and have a bit of fun! No experience required!!
If you are successful with your application you will start your role as a helper. As a helper you will get paid $180 per shift. However once you become an approved cook you will be paid $220 per shift.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn some great money and meet new people. This job is perfect for retired couples, students or anyone that has a passion for hospitality.

Before applying to this job please ensure the following:
- You are able/comfortable with loading items in and out of a van, physical labour.
- Comfortable with doing travel jobs up to 3 hours away from Canberra (good travel money on these jobs)
- You can always be on time and are motivated to do a great job.
- You can pay close attention to all the small details/really do the little things perfectly, as these things are what we are all about... elevating the overall customer experience with Golden Roast.
- You can work well in a team environment
- You are comfortable with customer service skills
-RSA certificate (not needed, but preferred)
- Can think well on your feet and have the ability to perform in stressful situations
- Drivers licence (Manual preferred but not necessary)
- There is a total smoking ban whilst working and while in a public place with a Golden Roast uniform.
