If you’ve ever seen me on a wedding day, you already know: If it doesn’t have pockets, it goes straight back on the shelf. (I do bang on about this before the wedding day).

No pockets? No Renee. 😂

As a Celebrant, I’m basically a walking storage unit…
ring boxes, microphones, vows, tissues, spare tissues, emergency tissues… and honestly, God knows what else ends up in there by the end of the ceremony.

There’s just something magical about a dress that also lets you stash half the wedding essentials like a bridal ninja.

🔥✨ Emilja & Joe — A Love Lit by Fire and Tradition ✨🔥

This wedding had everything…love, laughter, and a whole lot of Lithuanian magic! 🇱🇹💛

From the moment Emilja and Joe exchanged vows at Midginbil Eco Resort, we knew we were in for something special. Their day was filled with rich Lithuanian traditions,colourful ribbons and sashes, a beautiful wedding cake that carried generations of meaning, and the most joyful traditional dance that had everyone smiling from ear to ear.

And then… they took it to another level, literally lighting up the night with their fire performance together. Talk about ending the night with sparks flying!

This one was something truly special!

Emilja and Joe tied the knot at the always breathtaking Midginbil Eco Resort, where we were treated to a beautiful blend of cultures, love, and celebration.

Renee was both Celebrant and Coordinator on the day (multitasking level: expert 😅), and Amy made a guest appearance to help keep things flowing smoothly behind the scenes…the dream team was back in action!

From heartfelt Lithuanian traditions woven throughout
the day to the unforgettable fire performance lighting up the night sky, this wedding had it all. 🔥💃

It was such an honour to be part of your story, Emilja and Joe, thank you for trusting us to bring your vision to life.

A LOVE NOTE FROM THE BRIDE AND GROOM ❤️

If I could give 10 stars I would!

What an amazing experience we had with Renee, from our first phone conversation, to our wedding day!
Renee eased the nerves on the day of the wedding, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, made everyone laugh, and stood in the mud with us while we tied the knot.

Our day wouldn’t have been the same without her. Thank you!!! 🤍

Let’s play a little game called “Find the Celebrant!”

During your ceremony, I always like to position myself just right, tucked off to the side, slightly hidden behind the both of you during your ring exchange or blending in with your guests. Because the truth is, your celebrant should never be the main attraction.

My job is to add value, personality, warmth and flow to your ceremony… not steal the spotlight.

It’s your love story, your moment, your magic and I’m just the lucky one who gets to help tell it.

Stuck in the Mud, Soaked in Love!!!!

Renee had the absolute honour of being the celebrant for Hannah & Shane’s private property wedding and let’s just say it quickly became the talking point of the weekend (and probably many to come)!

Between the rain, the flooding, and the mud that tried to claim our shoes (and maybe a few guests), everyone just took it in their stride, laughing, sliding, and celebrating through it all.

By the time we hit the vows, we were literally stuck in the mud together, but honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was raw, real, and unforgettable.

Because love isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass… it’s about dancing (or sinking!) right there in the middle of it.

After hundreds of weddings out at the beautiful Midginbil Eco Resort, we can safely say Renee & Amy could probably navigate this place blindfolded (though we promise we don’t test that theory on wedding days 😅).

We know every tree root, every hidden ceremony nook, every possible floor plan for the barn, and exactly which goat tracks to take (and which ones will leave you questioning your life choices 🐐).

And yes… we can also confirm that the walk up to those glamping tents is 100% a calf and glute workout you’ll be feeling the next day

We’re so lucky to call this place home and even luckier to help couples celebrate their love here, again and again.

Your wedding is all coming together, you have spent months working on your very own DIY projects. Handmade, homegrown, personally collected items to complete your dream look all while being totally in control of your own budget. The invites are sent, the RSPV’s back, but the time to check off the dreaded task of delegating people jobs to do on your special day nears…

This is where I come in! Let your friends and family enjoy your special day with you, without being tasked with various jobs that can add stress to the day. Just think of me as a less glamorous version of you! I am your eyes, ears, and brain on your wedding day, people come to me with the questions, not you. You get to just relax, get your hair and makeup done, sip on wine, eat cheese and crackers in the aircon, and be treated like royalty. Meanwhile, I run around like a headless chook making your DIY dream wedding come to life. This is my passion and why I do what I do. I love to see other people happy, to help their dreams become a reality and above all else, I love, love!
