It's a new year, and we have new followers and soon-to-be-weds joining us on our platform, so I thought I'd stop in and say hi... Hello!

I'm Charmaine, the proud owner of The Bridal Box Co 🩷 Growing up, there weren't too many novelty items that came with my name on them, so when I received a personalised gift, I treasured it dearly! Because I absolutely LOVED that feeling of receiving personalised gifts, I knew my loved ones would too. So personalised gifts have always been my jam!

The Bridal Box Co was born from a love for my favourite style of gifting, for my favourite events: weddings! The sense of joy and love and unity that weddings bring is what life really is about (imo). Uniting my two favourite feelings in life is what The Bridal Box Co is all about.

The pictures here are from my own wedding. Sharing a moment with my bridesmaids as they opened their keepsake boxes filled with goodies and personalised letters, letting them know how much I loved them. My husband also filled a keepsake box for me, delivered the morning of our wedding. I should've opened it before make up to save it getting splashed with happy tears!

So that's how The Bridal Box Co came to be what it is today: personalised gifts, made with love to celebrate love! Including giftboxes, hampers and other personalised gifts for your celebrations 🩷

It's the first long weekend of the year, and we hope you're having a perfect summer weekend!

Celebrating your wedding or engagement over a long weekend is the perfect way to give yourself and your guests extra time to travel, recover and enjoy the festivities without using too much leave.

So where are our long weekends for the 2025 and 2026 couples who want to extend their celebrations:

Anzac Day: April 25 to 27
King’s Birthday: June 7 to 9
Labour Day: October 4 to 6
Christmas Weekend: December 25 to 28

2026

Australia Day:January 24 to 26
Easter Weekend: April 3 to 6
King’s Birthday: June 6 to 8
Labour Day: October 3 to 5
Christmas Weekend: December 24 to 27

And depending on your state, some additional extra long weekends are scattered through the year too!

I can't believe this gorgeous mama's little one is turning 4 soon!
We celebrated our beautiful florist and friend babyshower back in the dark days of covid lockdowns when weddings and pregnancies were in a very confusing and volatile state. So friends and family wanted to make sure we celebrated this little bub joining the world as big as we could with the restrictions that were in place.

Thanks to amazing planning and organising by Brisbane-based wedding planner , we were able to come together safely and party!

Mum to Be received so many beautiful gifts and keepsakes for her little bub and of course, keepsake boxes to treasure them in.
