2022 ~ Our Final Year

To all our wonderful upcoming 2022 couples, don’t panic! You are 💯 still our top priority. We cannot wait to create some floral magic for your weddings and nothing will change that ✨

Some of you may have noticed our absence on social media lately… whilst we still have so many amazing weddings and photos to share, it just hasn’t been in our hearts to spend so much time posting and creating stories/reels.

Although starting this business was supposed to provide a life with more flexibility & balance, it has somewhat been the opposite. We are constantly falling into the small business tunnel of working a ridiculous amount of hours, which has taken us away from family. Family and health comes first, so we have taken a step back over winter to re-assess & spend some precious time with my dad.

It has been an emotional and difficult decision, however we have started re-directing our 2023 clients and will be closing our doors at the end of 2022. Who knows what the future will bring, but for now we will be taking a break from the business.

Thank you to all our amazing customers and wedding couples! This has been an incredible journey that has grown us in so many ways. We will never forget the special creations you have inspired us to make ✨

Katrina's bridesmaids had unstructured upright bouquets that were of a neutral colour palette compared to Katrina's bouquet. A delicate mix of brown and subtle apricot showed off the rust coloured bridesmaid dresses 💐

Congratulations to this beautiful couple, Katrina & Danny who recently got married at 👰🤵

We loved getting to know them both and working with Katrina on her bridal bouquet design 💐

When we first start working with clients we ask them the following questions:

☼ What wedding colour palette are you looking for

For Katrina’s bouquet, we used pops of burnt orange through the hydrangea, banksias & dried anthuriums. Finished off with a fresh cascading orchid.

Creating your wedding flower vision is such an exciting process for us as florists but you as the wedding couple are probably wondering what the process should be? Below is the step by step guide of what to expect with Flowers in Nature:

1. After completing our online wedding form you will receive an initial quote from us. When you confirm your booking with us and pay your deposit, we schedule a studio consultation where both parties can get to know each other building a mutually trusting relationship

2. In the consultation we spend time discussing the colour palette, tones, textures and aesthetics you love and picture for your big day

3. From here we provide you a hands-on experience to explore and feel the flowers that could be used to create your wedding vision and take notes on all your preferences

4. After this consultation we stay in close contact via email and phone, making sure you are across all the wedding flower details leading up to your big day
