A few light shared entrees from our Italian Festa wedding package. Grappa cured salmon with radicchio ,creamy burrata with tomatoes & stone fruit & a Nonna style ricotta spinach gnudi with Sugo di Pomodoro! Simply add some crusty bread and a crisp glass of Pinto Gris!
