This was our full package where we provided the hire spit and everything else required. The full package includes me setting everything up and getting the cooking started so all the client needs to do is finish cooking and carve the beautiful meat.

Perfect Schu-Am Pork Berkshire pork crackling and super juicy Wunderbar Lamb on a 40 degree day.

We are proud to work with local farmers directly and be able to provide all our customers with premium quality fresh meat.

You won’t find us cooking any b***d or rolled meat, meat which we don’t know who the farmer is, where the meat comes from or if it’s feedlot raised.

By sourcing from local farmers, we get consistent quality and can guarantee the final product for all our customers.

If your are on a budget or prefer something a little more casual.....we can offer our festival style food in eco trays with Chevron liners, napkins and cutlery to suit your requirements.

We can also work closely with DIY Event Specialists for all the other diy hire items required

I cooked a 12kg goat for our family today which was super juicy and tasty.

We have a few more events between now and New Year’s Eve, followed by a break for a few weeks before the wedding season starts up again.
