One of our hire spits in action for Easter.
This was our full package where we provided the hire spit and everything else required. The full package includes me setting everything up and getting the cooking started so all the client needs to do is finish cooking and carve the beautiful meat.
We have limited availability for Anzac Day and other weekends this month.

Perfect Schu-Am Pork Berkshire pork crackling and super juicy Wunderbar Lamb on a 40 degree day.
We are proud to work with local farmers directly and be able to provide all our customers with premium quality fresh meat.
You won’t find us cooking any b***d or rolled meat, meat which we don’t know who the farmer is, where the meat comes from or if it’s feedlot raised.
By sourcing from local farmers, we get consistent quality and can guarantee the final product for all our customers.

We hope all our clients and followers had a great Christmas and Boxing Day.
I cooked a 12kg goat for our family today which was super juicy and tasty.
We have a few more events between now and New Year’s Eve, followed by a break for a few weeks before the wedding season starts up again.
We still have some hire spits available for Australia Day and can provide you meat and everything else required to cook the perfect spit.
