Working in The Flower Room gave me a chance to work with great products,meet amazing people who share the same passion for flowers.
The flowers were of amazing quality.
And fortunate to help Julia Rose.
Wonderful to work again with our Australian foliages with Premium Greens Australia
So you'll see floral items transformed in colour with various techniques to enhance the colours.
My experience was Incredible and to those I met you have made a difference to my time at Symposium 2024 Orlando.
You'll also see here in the images photos of flowers.
There were so many but I chose to share those that were usual in that we don't see so much here.

To capture the AIFD Symposium final dinner gathering ......
White was the calling
Almost everyone had floral couture and was flocked in flowers.
Men with beard florals and lapel designs and amazing outfits
Ladies in stunning dresses and flowers everywhere.
The designer for the event created white flowers
With lillies,stock,roses,b breath garlands it's was simply breathtaking.
I created 3 pieces for myself from the flower room.
A headpiece,floral jewellery and my floral bag.
Wrapped with gold,pistachio cymbidium orchids,roses,seeded gum,hypericum berries.
With speeches,thankyous and a beautiful meal it was a memorable evening.

Had the absolute pleasure to meet with Laura Dowling
Who previously worked as the florist for the White House.
With so many beautiful blooms to select from and a colour pallet that's just so beautiful, we created a French Style Bouquet.
Loved the workshop and the amazing group conversations !
My room smells adorable.
Added in my fun sunglasses ( Florida styling) from Ron that Matched beautifully.

I've landed in this great hotel with the beginnings of a wonderful Symposium

Which I'm here attending for my business,better to serve my clients and also assisting in the Flower Room for my personal growth.
It's a opportunity for me to join in this creative space and enjoy meeting great people who also have as much passion for the industry with some successful goals.
And for me to enjoy the workshops,seminars and the company of new friends.
And some I've already met.
Thought I share some beautiful designs that will pop your eyes.
Apologies I can't credit these floral designers.
But all part of the AIFD.

Before my trip I've visited my beauty expert Bonita Muller Burke who owns ProAestheticsSkinGym

I've always had pretty good skin through my adult life but was wanting to try something new.
I'm excited to see over the next few weeks my skin transform with more energy,hydration and radiance.
Ingredients such as rosehip oil,sea buckthorn,vitamin A,B,C,E plus so much more are part of the product.

Award winning for her range I'm especially loving my extra 2 products
Youth dew and recovery mousse.
These 2 were perfect for my long haul flight.

And to the stunning potted anthirium in her studio.
What a show stopper I've never seen so many beautiful floral stems.

This creation was designed on a ball.
Woven in wool and then florally styled.
Intricate fine gold wire with pearls to embellish the design.
The vase is ribbed with a gold base.
Something that can be viewed from the front
And suitable for hotel foyers,wedding entry, business foyers.

When I'm not working on a current event, wedding or spending good times with my family and friends I'm out and about creating lots of different ideas.
Our latest product is out of the testing process stage.
These are called flower biscuits or frogs.
How they work is these sit over your vase choice and assist to hold the flower stems in place.
For those that dabble in your garden and have a few stems these are perfect.
They are available with a single or multiple holes.
And in various sizes.
Keep them in the natural clay ( clear glaze) or these can be splashed with coloured glaze too.
I see these to be perfect for events wedding tablescapes,gift giving idea or for home styling.
Something I'm very passionate about to create that unique and special gift for home styling.
