I became a celebrant in 2014 and have hitched over 300 loved-up couples since then. It’s such a joy being a Marriage Celebrant because it feels like a dream come true!🧡💯

Truly I am passionate in what I do especially knowing that my couples give their trust to me in assisting them on one the

most significant day of their lives and that is something I am really proud of and humbled about. My favourite part is the personal connection we create along the way called FRIENDSHIP - now that is something that really cannot be bought! 😍

Love has a funny way of finding us, sometimes in the most unexpected places. For & , it all began in a way that many modern romances do— through an app. They matched on Hinge, not knowing that this small moment would lead to something so much bigger.✨

They just clicked and it wasn’t just their deep connection that bonded them; they discovered their many shared passions, whether it’s playing competitive games of Uno (where the stakes are always high!)😁, hiking, foraging, enjoying beach days, camping under the stars, or simply spending time in nature. Seriously the lists just go on. 😍

Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of meeting S & M when they chose me to be their celebrant. From that first encounter, it was clear they shared a beautiful and deep connection that went beyond just looking good together—they are two genuinely wonderful souls. And oh, they’re such fun people too! 🎉✨

Their wedding day was the perfect reflection of their love and their incredible personalities - charming, bubbly, quirky and fun loving couple. 💍🥹

Their story was quite fascinating! From that IG hacked account incident that Mandy experienced - that bring them two together, overcoming LDR in half year, Mandy receiving a promise ring from Kai in less than a week as bf & gf, travelling together back in hometown, introducing each other to both of their family at the early stage of their relationship, loving and sharing interests such as food, living lifestyle, movies, and liking kpop musics - these two were meant to be and destined to be partners in all the weird and wonderful adventures that life has in store.😍

What a beautiful day it was celebrating these two! Thank you for trusting me with the whole process of getting you married.🥹

A little back story…

These lovers met in 2019 through a mutual friend at star gazing event at Uni, but they only start dating in December 2020.

Linda & had a long distance after 3 months of dating. This was when Linda went to Sydney and Andy stayed in Adelaide. Not long after, the very unfortunate times of COVID happened. Borders were shut for 6 months and all they had were video calls and after having 2 years of long distance, Linda finally came to Adelaide and since then, they can’t see themselves being apart from each other.

Faith & Wesley🤍🩶✨

Happy 2 weeks married to the most humble, goofiest, sweetest and fun couple ever! Totally match made in heaven!

These heartsome pair and all of their guests laughed, cried and cheered and soooo.... "Faith's wedding featuring Wesley" - was an absolute hit!

From that very first fb message to their very special day, I guided and to craft a ceremony that was just so them. What an honour it was to stand along side them and celebrate with these two soulmates, whose connection is undeniable.

I remember when these two initially contacted me, they had a clear vision for something fun, relax and authentic with an inclusion of some of their Filipino wedding customs and involvement of some very important people in their lives. F & W also desired to have their Pastor included as they're both Christians and so their Pastor became my trusty co-pilot in conducting their ceremony where he gave blessings and words of wisdom to the couple.

Their ceremony was the heart and soul of their wedding day. It truly was a reflection of their personalities, values and customs, and their shared faiths and beliefs that God is the centre of their relationship and marriage.

The love these amazing souls have for each other are evident and this have seen by us all. I couldn't be more honoured to be part of this wonderful celebration and to legally married you in front of your fave people.

Hello there! I'm Gerrelyn Glico-Wong and I am an authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant based in Adelaide but do travel across Australia to do weddings. My family and friends have known me for being a cheerful, simple, fun, outgoing and well – rounded young lady. I am happily married and a very family oriented person and like to get involve in social and community activities. As an exceptional singer, I have the passion and dedication to be an active member of the music ministry in my local church. I am reliable and always willing to assist in any level of support to social and community gatherings. I love what I do and giving joy to other people is what makes me happy. Some people would probably wonder why I chose to be a wedding celebrant. Since from the start, my parents have become role models and my inspiration in everything that I do. I truly admire them on how they brought me up and how they taught me to treasure a family. As I grew up, I have learned a lot of things and one of them is that marriage is a cornerstone in building a family. After over 3 blissful years of marriage, I now have my own family - a great husband and adorable son who we welcomed this year 2019. I admire weddings and I believe that marriage is a serious lifetime commitment between two people binding by their understanding and love with each other. I am a young, modern & enthusiastic Celebrant that will work with you to create your dream wedding ceremony in a professional, unique, stress free & enjoyable way.
