is in production for 2022! I feel super lucky to have been invited back for my 3rd year. Last year saw record attendance through the gates and I witnessed first hand the positive impact this event makes on its community. I am really looking forward to this.

After months of trying for reviews and appeals I have now accepted the fact I have lost access to my 11 year old business page. I was hacked in December and my personal account disabled but my business account remains active without administration. Heartbreaking as that is I have to move on. Please share this and if you are a friend of this page remove yourself. He is hoping 2022 brings new opportunities. Jess

Won a create a poster competition for our school fete once - won $5 - felt like $100. Got to be in it to win it.

This year I am running a Christmas drawing competition with four hampers worth over $100 each up for grabs!

I would love to see drawings of your favourite Christmas scenes - Australian Christmas, Christmas around the world, or whatever Christmas you love!

The competition is open to children up to the age of 12 and closes 5pm, Tuesday 14th December.

All drawings received will go on display in my office windows.

Drawings can be submitted by:

What a day! Even with record crowds at this years Waroona Show I was still able to recognise and reconnect with so many familiar faces and families from the previous show. Big thanks to the Waroona Show Agricultural committee, major sponsors Alcoa and the entire community. We had a blast.

Packed house today for City of Joondalup library school holiday program. Busy minds and creative hearts filled canvases with geometric shapes and newly discovered colours. Thanks to the team at Joondalup Libraries for having me and to the parents who decided it was too much fun not to join in 💛.

Waroona Show was sunshine, smiles, creativity and connections. We had so much fun. Thanks to everyone who came to the Alcoa tent and created free sand cards with us. Feeling so grateful but also so tired. Fingers crossed we will be back next year.

BATIK kits are a great way to keep hands and minds busy. This activity is engaging, mindful and appeals to a wide age range. Old stock must go to make way for a new range due in Jan 2019. All kits are $6 till Sunday.

HAPPY 6th Birthday to The Sand Card Company! What a magnificent ride its been. From humble beginnings, to seeing sand cards being used in an orphanage overseas, being apart of Ability Day and sand cards workshops being used in birthday parties and festivals across WA. Small business is not easy but when you believe in what you are doing, which is creating opportunities for kids to be creative and seeing them grow, success is measured in smiles, laughs and the friendships formed.
