One of our most comfortable and versatile lounge suites has to be our wicker range. These uplifting seating options are wonderful to style and really bring a space to life. We recommend opting for these lounges to create a spring like pastel style or if you would like to bring a little colour to your cocktail hour. Looking for something a little understated? These gorgeous lounges also come with a champagne seating option.

Our Hampton tents do pack a presence, every now and then we pass one of our stunning Sailcloth Marquees and imagine what amazing celebrations are happening inside. A beautiful structure by day but we think they really come alive at night time with their warm glow from our festoon lights. Here is our triple post marquee perched on the most perfect marquee site.

One lounge that makes a statement has to be our gorgeous Lola. This stylish lounge is the perfect piece to create a statement feature in any event space. This styled barn is a wonderful example of how to utilise a Lola lounge in your layout. Here we styled two Lola Moss Green lounges with a foliage overhang as the marquee central feature creating a really effective focal feature where guests can mingle.

A personal favourite of our floral team is definitely native buttonholes. This year native floristry is getting a little brighter with little yellow buttonholes and pops of pinks, orange & lemons at the forefront of floral designs. The texture our stunning native botanicals add to a floral arrangement is just perfect. Flowers that make you smile.

To create this natural yet crisp feel for Jess & Eamonn's marquee wedding, our stylists curated a collection of cohesive hire items to develop the look.

Rustic Pine Tables set with the Crossback Dining Chairs brought natural wooden tones; whilst white chiffon runners and golden dinner candle holders created a crisp edge. An abundance of gum and wattle foliage within the hanging installation paired with premium table florals really set the scene for this garden inspired wedding.

A stunning and unique use of our Barn Marquee! Our Barn Marquees have many different top options that can be customised to suit the style of your event. From a clear top, to a white sailcloth top or no top at all.

Timeless, sophisticated and just stunning! We love Meaghan & Jack's vision for their wedding day and how it flowed from their florals to fashion choices. To bring this cohesive and elegant look into their florals we combined darker European foliage with premium white seasonal blooms.

When Grace and Michel came to us they had a clear style in mid for their special day. So, our style and floral team sat down to understand their vision and were excited to create some magic.

Minimalistic, yet defined with style, our couple opted for classic green and white florals adding pops of lemon and lime tones. Lush ground florals sat at the top of the aisle whilst single stems ran the aisle under the epic outdoor chapel by . Crisp white linen and our gorgeous Moss Green Napkins dressed the reception tables whilst clustered bud vases and dinner candles ran the length of the tables.

If you are looking to create an elevated tablescape design, our Lux Style & Floral Dining Package is the one for you! This romantic style was create through a combination of our table linen, tableware and decor range.

Soft linen tablecloths were set with our beige dinner plates and matte gold cutlery. Our blush cheesecloth napkins were paired with taupe runners to bring depth and texture to the look. A curated collection of clustered florals and dinner candles added detail, whilst our crystal glasses finished off this elegant look.

Classic soft tones and beautiful pops of blush inspired Bec & Jordan's beautiful private property marquee wedding. Vintage urns full of florals set the scene for the ceremony, whist our Bentwood Chairs lined the aisle and brought a classic, yet modern feel.

Allie worked with our style & floral team to create her bouquet vision for her wedding day. Her inspiration included pastels, soft tones and flowy shapes. With that in mind, we created a whimsical bespoke bouquet for Allie and single botanical bouquets in pretty pastels to create unique bridesmaids posies. They turned out beautifully!

Did you know our marquee packages are customisable? At this stunning event, bride Rebecca created this epic bespoke space with help from our in house hire & styling team. We included a gorgeous lounge area with our stylish Pink Velvet Chesterfield lounges, White Bentwood Stools with Hairpin Bar Tables & for guests who like to mingle in larger groups Provincial Crossback Chairs with the Rustic Pine Dining Tables which seat 8-10 guests comfortably. Michelle & Thomas' elegant wedding was set at the beautiful Barunah Plains, Hesse. We paired our chic parisian chairs with garden like florals to create the perfect ceremony space, pool area for cocktail hour then Barunah's historic Woolshed to finish the perfect celebration.

Michelle & Thomas incorporated pops of blues, gold & peach within their floral and candles and utilised neutral linen, & furniture to create the perfect balance. Here we combined our popular wine barrels with the white bentwood stools and market umbrellas. Jenny & Jack created the ultimate set up for their stunning nuptials! Set upon a family property in Moorabool, the couple opted to use our large Clear Span & Pagoda Marquees to create a huge outdoor area for the bar & band. Our huge 30m Clear Span Marquee was the perfect option for 350 guests comfortably dining. Our floral team created a luscious floral backdrop for the newly weds. A collection of 4 pagoda marquees provided cover for the band & bar and created fun spaces for guest to relax. The outdoor dancefloor was the centre of the party, and connected each of the marquee spaces. What a set up!

Ballarat Mining Exchange set the scene for Dana & Sam's recent wedding ceremony and reception. Upon arrival guests were greeted with this stunning arbour and ceremony set up created by our wonderful florists and stylists.

Our floral arbour was created upon gold stands with a mixture of olive, gum and wattle foliage; along with delicate bursts of cream, latte, terracotta and latte hued florals.

Inushi & Kusal were such a delight to work with when creating their incredible day! From our first meeting, they had a vision in mind that made us super excited. Inspired by vintage French elegance with soft pastel colours of lilac, blue, cream, peach and pink it was a delight to combine florals, linen, furniture and styling elements to create this stunning look.

Set under the Barn Marquee with the sailcloth top, Inushi & Kusal opted for our Lux Grand Style & Floral Dining Package to set the scene for their guests. The timber look dance floor was the perfect addition and was placed outside the marquee, under the stars. From all reports, the happy couple and their guests danced the night away!

The story of Elderberry,

Elderberry Event Hire is the creation of co-directors Corey Young and Orla Maxey. Back in 2015 these guys got engaged and decided to celebrate their engagement at their home. While planning their event they noticed that there was a shortage of fashionable hire furniture in their area and all over Victoria. After several thought provoking chats over many glasses of wine, Elderberry Event hire was created.

The company has expanded from furniture hire to marquees, table styling and floristry. Our aim is to supply great service with personality to all our clients both corporate and private and to create event solutions that are cost effective and beautiful.
