Rogue menu. Lauren has a video of me kissing a bottle of Mums sauce, telling her how much I love her in that moment. Dad vetoed me getting more of Mums sauce from the tomatoes last year, that’s how good it is. But she snuck me a box, and he probably won’t see this so it’s ok.

Secret menu success, I think. We have a special guest in tomorrow that I’ve promised the MC menu to that couldn’t make tonight or yesterday, so we can’t release anything yet.. (stay tuned) . Maybe I should call this my redemption round, ten + years on, all the things I’ve learnt - from the professionals around me, the people around me that push and support, but it’s also so incredibly close to me, this one has been one hell of a personal show so thank you for trusting a secret menu, thank you for trusting me to deliver something to you, thank you for being apart of this little world.

I absolutely love having fellow locals and hospo’s in - so having Evan from in for dinner before he’s headed back to close, honestly this is how we do hospo folks - unwavering empathy, support, good times and wines (or cider and beer, in Evans case). If you haven’t been - go check them out, I’m going for the GF parmi next week 🤍

Thank you for your ongoing, outward support - Restaurant Co is nearly a year on, TKC pushing 3 years as a registered food business, and I never thought any of this would actually be what it is today - but it would be nothing without you 🤍

Back on this week. I trialled Wednesdays and though they’re great prep days, I also have a mini me that needs me - tugging on the heart strings we’re pulling back to the regular Thursday to Sunday until school finishes and then you can watch my sanity dissipate throughout the holidays 😆

It’s a long weekend so this week we’re adding Monday for your reset, platters and what’s left of the menu will be on with any other goodies I come up with on the fly.

Thursday - Friday - Saturday - Sunday - Monday 12-4
Thursday 5.30-late
Friday and Saturday a secret MasterChef do over menu - some space still left for late on the Friday evening or Saturday night between 6.30 and 7.

BYO. Probably 6-8 weeks out from the bar - nearly time to start a count down.
