Good luck to the wonderful group of owners in Loburn Lass who tackles the 1200 last race today at Townsville. She has drawn nicely in barrier 1 and has experienced hoop Jackson Murphy in the saddle.
While there is a Hot Pot in the race, he still has to get past her and we expect a very nice showing GOOD LUCK !!!

Good luck to our wonderful Owners Group that have Tosen Dreamer taking on 1410 in the 3rd race at Grafton Today. Benny Looker keeps the mount after his unlucky ride last start, while she is drawn wide (11) Benny's expertise and clear instructions from gun trainer Sammy McGuren should see her in a decent position in transit.
Look for her over the last 250 as this prolific place getter lets down and we are hoping for a well-deserved victory for this fantastic group of owners.

What an oustanding effort from SINGLE TOUCH yesterday at the Sunshine Coast.
The race was touch and go with all of the rain the track had to endure and the races were subsequently abandoned after his event.

SINGLE TOUCH finished 3rd in a classy field of open class city horses and was beaten just over 2 lengths in a swamp.

This was a masterful training effort from Tony Newing and his selection of race. Also getting him to be in such good condition to endure such a gut buster and perform at such a high level deserves mentioning.
Tony has this horse airborne and keep your eye on him as he has all of his lucky owners smiling like cheshire cats and will be on the podium for sure many more times.

We have a SUPER SUNDAY today with 3 horses strutting their stuff 1600kms apart.
First to go is FOCUS who returns to the track for a pipe opener as he gets ready to perform at his 3rd Winter Carnival preparation. He is expected to be needing this run against some very nippy opposition. He races at 128 pm at Townsville in race 4 and has Nathan Thomas in the saddle from the widest Gate.

LISTEN LISTEN Takles race 6 at 248pm and has also drawn wide however Graham Kilese knows the horse and will have her positioned for a late finish. We expect a solid effort.

Meanwhile 1600kms away

Our most consistent performer BRING MR TO LIFE takes on the 7th at Grafton at 345pm and Tony Newing has engaged the 3 kilo claimer J Baker to have BMTL in at the featherweight of 52kgs. he has drawn perfectly in 4 and should have a very nice sit in transit.
Look for this gutsy Guy over the final 200 and if he runs his usual dogged race he should go close today.

Good luck to the Owners of Coolmeans who goes over 1200 in the 3rd race at Mackay today. His out of character run last start will hopefully be erased today as he has drawn nicely in 1 and Scott Sheargold should have him exactly where Alby wants him.

Good luck to the Connections of The Wanderer who goes around in race 6 over 1710 at Grafton today. The Astute team of Newing and McGuren have been working on getting this bloke right as his last 2 starts have been out of character . He jumps from barrier 3 and lets watch him wind up over the last furlong. He simply has to revisit his Newcastle maiden win form to be right in the finish.

Good luck to the connections of Bring me to Life our last start Grafton winner !! He jumps from Barrier 8 in the last at Murwullimbah with Ben Looker in the saddle . He has to overcome the 1 in 30 statistic ( winning your class1 first run after a maiden win) to get the chocolates however we expect a forward effort and could not be happier with him.

Good luck to the wonderful connections of Coolmeans, Serenata and Focus who race today in Townsville.
Coolmeans and Serenata take on the BM 60 over 1400 (race 5) and have Krysten Swaffer and Wanderson D'Avila in the saddles respectively.
Coolmeans has drawn nice and should be 2 pairs back and make his run on the turn. Serenata has drawn the carpark and will drop back and try to finish over the top for a SJ Racing Quinella.
The Iron Horse of the North Focus takes on a class 6 over 1200 (race 7) and has drawn perfectly in barrier 1. Chris Whitely should have him placed just off the pace and will use his good finish to hopefully get the chocolates. 🐴🐴🐴
