Here’s my newest obsession. Profiteroles 3 ways. Lemon meringue, apple crumble and strawberries and cream. All set to Vivaldi’s concerto for 2 cellos (with a modern twist).

We’ve starting filming our most complicated food video ever. Over 60 shots all underscored by a techno version of Vivaldi’s concerto for 2 cellos.
Last weeks cake. Lemon mud cake with lemon sugar syrup, lemon curd and lemon buttercream.
Let’s see if these cake strips work. The theory is you wet them and they slow down the outside of your cake from cooking. Gives a more even bake.
You just can’t beat a homemade sate sauce. The smell is amazing!
