Let’s see if these cake strips work. The theory is you wet them and they slow down the outside of your cake from cooking. Gives a more even bake.

I’ve been making this delicious creamy hummus chicken dish for years. It’s super easy to prepare and can be baked in advance and reheated. The steamed greens make a great side dish with their salty feta and fresh mint. Enjoy!
