Hi, I’m Mel, Groovy Balloons and Entertainment started in 1998 when my Son was 1 year old, I started going to kids Birthday Parties and I noticed the entertainers booked were really not very happy and it looked like they just didn’t want to be there, and I thought, “Entertainers need to be, well, Entertaining. If you go back through the photos you will see me as a full on clown, that was how I started,in 1998, as Groovy the Clown
