Hi, I’m Mel, Groovy Balloons and Entertainment started in 1998 when my Son was 1 year old, I started going to kids Birthday Parties and I noticed the entertainers booked were really not very happy and it looked like they just didn’t want to be there, and I thought, “Entertainers need to be, well, Entertaining. If you go back through the photos you will see me as a full on clown, that was how I started,in 1998, as Groovy the Clown

Over 20 years later, we are a Family of clowns, providing the best Gift Deliveries / Balloon Decor for big and small events / All round Entertainment in Melbourne

Decorations and Entertainment in Melbourne, we are into EVERYTHING, we do workshops, Facepainting, Balloon twisting, Characters, Full on Decorations for birthday Parties, Venues and Retail outlets, we also have Sno cones and FairyFloss and Popcorn!!
