Can all my Western Sydney/Austral/West Hoxton/Kemps Creek/Leppington/Hoxton Park/Prestons/Rossmore friends and neighbours help a florist out!
All my hatboxes (med size left) now all down to $50 each were $110 - $130 each.
All market bunches of flowers $10, this includes high end hybrid delphiniums (my cost $33), big mummas chrysies etc. All still in good condition as they are kept in my coolroom.

Drop in if you're passing and place your order, I'd be happy to meet you and show you what I have to select from. The smell in my studio is intoxicating but in a really good way. My favourite would have to be stock with its spicy smell similar to that of cloves or cinnamon.

Prep work prep work prep work
This always takes up the longest time of a florist's day.
Here we are basing our hatboxes now, so that once all our flowers are in, all we have to do is create.
5 days to go now! Really looking forward to seeing familiar faces and new.

Prep work has been under way for the past few days. This, I think, would be the most tedious but necessary job we do as florists. Clean buckets mean flowers keep fresher for longer. Important to not have bacteria growing in buckets.
Excitement is building here as we get evermore closer to the weekend.

Bunnings Minchinbury farewelled a favourite today. Dear Allison retired today after 35 years of service to the company. Needless to say Allison was farewelled in style with a cheer out by team at the end of her last shift.
Retirement is our next life's adventure, time to explore new things, places or hobby/s. Time to rest after years of hard work and service to our chosen profession. Slow down a bit and enjoy the good life.
All the very best to you Allison, you'll be very missed ❤️

What a weekend!!!

We sold out again of all our signature hatboxes! We are so chuffed and happy that you love them so much. We made approx 90 + hatboxes from xs - supersize. We will double that again for next year! We do have some gorgeous flowers if anyone needs a last minute gift or for another occasion.
Unfortunately we suffered a loss - my phone was badly damaged yesterday and now completely unusable. So unfortunately this means I can't answer or make any calls. However, please bear with me on messenger to get back to you, I'll try to be as quick with response as I can xx

Good portion of today will processing all of the flowers, such checking quality, cutting all the stems & back into our coolroom

How gorgeous is this colour palette used this past weekend for not one, not two but 3 different weddings! I was able to help our bestie floral buddy @ivytrailevents out last week/end creating these gems. This palette of dusty blush pinks, creamy ivory and pure whites are so classic, elegant, very bridal which is so popular at the moment.
