Seeing everything that Ella (& Riley) had pulled together along side some of my absolute favourite vendors and all round good humans. Agh! Creating these moments just make my heart sing.

It also helped that Riley’s choice in music was what I would consider elite, but that he mentioned some of his guests would consider s**t. It’s the first time I’ve played Tyler Childers at a ceremony and I was so damn happy about it 🎵

There's nothing greater than being asked to be Marriage Celebrant for family! In this case it was technically my sisters in-laws but I felt like family, I always do.. Thanks Collins Fam!
Kylie and Andrew were married at Sails on Friday after a 14 year engagement and 3 kids together. About damn time I got to announce them as Mr & Mrs.

SIX! Yesterday was the 6 year anniversary. I went back this morning and reflected on the 12 months that have just passed. The busiest yet, with 41 weddings. Whilst the next 12 months aren't shaping up to look quite like that 😂 I'm grateful to have more time to enjoy on other projects and of course my family. Thank you to all my beautiful past and future couples for having me play such an integral part in your marriages.

I met these two legends, Nikki & Phil over a decade ago (I’m not sure I enjoyed saying that).. but proof that the various journeys and activities you partake in over the years provide you with an excellent network of people. Who one day could honour you with the secret task of marrying them in the sweetest morning elopement 🥺💗

The people I met through hockey have supported me in so many ways - I’ve been their celebrant, they’ve connected me to their friends, I am forever grateful!

Dreaming of Far North QLD today. If you could run your business from anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I’d love to escape the NSW winter and head North every year! Fill my winter with weddings (my soul food) and return when it’s warm.

When we travelled around Australia we skipped the winter of 2022 and when I tell you it gave me the most joy 😂☀️

HAPPY CELEBRANTS DAY to the absolutely amazing community of celebrants that I have had the pleasure of being apart of for another year.

In particular who has introduced me to the funeral side of celebrancy and has shared many a discussion over the good (& sometimes difficult) parts of our job.

Special mention to who is always so supportive and a great sounding board for me, I appreciate every chat.. we must wine soon.

+ all the Celegals - you know who you are and I have you to thank for many referrals!

I travelled to Bali this year and expanded my celebrant network so much - I’ve really enjoyed following everyone on social media.. we’re all similar enough to get along like a house on fire but different enough to learn from each other. I love it!
