Hi! I’m Beck and I’m a lover of love, official marriage maker and party starter! I’m all about relaxed, unique and fun ceremonies!

I've been hitching lovers all across Victoria, Australia and even in NZ and Canada for over 9 years. I'm a party starter, lover of love and official marriage maker. I've got a fresh attitude to weddings, a super personable approach and will create a unique and authentic ceremony with that perfect balance between fun and having all the feels. It is my mission to really connect with my couples which

helps me to create very personalised ceremonies which you and your guests will love. I want you to look back on your wedding day and feel that your ceremony was authentically you, and the best part of your day! I'm a Mum of two boys and one furbaby, all very mischievous, especially the furry one named Jasper. I enjoy wine, of any colour and love a good espresso martini. I'm a reality TV ju**ie, especially love and wedding related and get hooked on the British crime dramas on Netflix/Stan. I was born in New Zealand and grew up in Canada with a Scottish Mother and Kiwi Father. Being so multicultural has given me a passion for travel and culture. Before becoming a Celebrant, I spent many years working in the Travel and Tourism industry and have been lucky enough to explore 48 countries on 6 Continents (Antarctica is still a dream!). Managing other peoples' adventures and holidays has made me a highly organised person with great attention to detail

🔟 - Today marks my 10-year Celeversary!

Ten years ago, I got the email from the Attorney-General’s office officially appointing me as an Authorised Marriage Celebrant, and what an incredible ride it’s been.

Hundreds of couples, thousands of kilometres, countless happy tears, stunning places, and the most beautiful lifelong friendships. My business (and I) have survived and thrived through two children, one global pandemic, and even a mid-ceremony ant attack.

A huge thank you to my amazing hubby, my biggest cheerleader and constant supporter. I couldn’t do any of this without you. And to every couple who has trusted me with one of the biggest days of their lives, the incredible vendors I get to work alongside, and my wonderful celebrant family who make this job even more special, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Here’s to the next 10 years of love, laughter and all the feels.

❤️LOVE LETTER❤️ - “Beck was our celebrant for our wedding back in January and she was absolutely amazing. She has such a fun energy that you can’t help but reciprocate!
Beck was a wealth of knowledge for us in the planning stages for our ceremony, she was super insightful and nothing but friendly through the whole process. Despite my EXTREMELY overdue and unmet deadlines and my 5-6 week delay email replies (sorry Beck!) she continued to work on our ceremony over the Christmas holidays whilst she was overseas with her family.
Beck captured and told our love story with the perfect amount of humour and joy. We wanted a funny, light hearted ceremony, still telling our story with love and she certainly delivered. Could not recommend her highly enough. Everything was super easy and nothing was too much.

Geri and Jimmy? Absolute stunners. Married, drink in hand, looking like they just stepped out of a styled shoot. Me? Casually leaning in like the awkward celebrant aunt who couldn’t resist a pic.

I’ve been posing awkwardly with my couples since 2015 and I promise to try to be better next season. Maybe. Probably not.

Still recovering from the annual CoC (Community over Competition) party and feeling all the feels. Every year, on the first Tuesday in June, our wild and wonderful wedding industry fam comes together to celebrate the season just gone. It’s about connection, a bit of chaos on the dance floor, and lifting each other up in a world that can sometimes feel a little solo.

Huge love to the dream team Megan, Matt and Zena for putting on another cracker of a night. The theme was dress to impress and, let’s just say, we understood the assignment.

I had the best time (let’s not talk about the Uber ride home) and I’m feeling incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such talented, kind-hearted, hilarious humans.

Couples, you are in very good hands.

Kate from .green_ did just that for Julia & Daniel’s wedding. Her florals were next level. Every stem, every bloom, every thoughtful detail perfectly complemented Julia’s stunning dress, that dreamy veil, and her gorgeous bridesmaids.

And as if her work wasn’t already breathtaking enough, Kate was even there to help hand out petals so guests could shower the newlyweds with love as they walked back down the aisle, officially married and absolutely glowing.

JON + MARINA - From a chance Facebook friend request to years of songwriting across time zones, this love story was quietly unfolding long before either of them realised.

What started as music became friendship, and from that friendship, the kind of love that only the soul recognises: steady, true and deeply felt.

Hand in hand, at sunset, finally side by side in the same place… it felt like the universe was nodding in approval.

I don’t usually have international planning meetings, but for Jon and Marina, I absolutely did! As it turns out, Marina and I both grew up in North Vancouver, and we were all there in July last year. These two are incredibly special to me, kind, grounded, creative and full of heart. Our paths were meant to cross. True kindred spirits. 🥰
