Having A Beach Wedding....

Planning a beach wedding can be absolute stunning. The idea of exchanging vows amongst the sand and fresh air of the beach, is definitely a very romantic way to say I do.

When deciding to plan a beach wedding, there are a few things that need to be considered in preparation of the big day.

1. A lot of beach areas are public areas, so it is important to reserve the required space for your wedding and guests.

2. Making sure permits are not required for the designated area. Checking with the local councils about noise restrictions, music and alcohol.

3. Weather is a big factor for all outdoor weddings, so it is important to know what to do in case of the event the conditions change.. Always have a plan B in place.

Considering scheduling your wedding ceremony for a early morning or later in the afternoon, to help catch the cooler breezes.

Making sure there is sufficient shaded areas for the guests and bridal party.

4. Choosing the right decorative décor to allow for any unexpected wind changes. Keeping away from anything light weight and breakable. Adhesives, string or heavier objects can help with this.

5. Keeping in mind your guests, especially the older relatives and making sure the beach has an easy accessible pathway.

6. Choosing the right flowers that will survive without wilting in the warmer weather.

Your Wedding Vows Made Simple 💕

Once you have spent some time writing down your thoughts you could also include some beautiful poems in your vows, which adds a special heart warming touch.

It is important that you spend some time rehearsing what you have written, as this will allow you to feel more at ease on your wedding day. You may even wish to have a small copy of your vows with you at the ceremony, to read from instead as this could help settle your nerves.

Planning a garden wedding sometimes can need just a little more preparation because of the unpredictable weather, so we have provided you with six helpful hints.

1. Selecting the right venue and making sure that it provides all the right amenities to allow your wedding day to run smoothly and that all permits have been approved.

2. Always make sure you check the weather reports days leading up to the event so that a plan B option can be put in place just in case the weather does not permit. You could consider maybe moving the wedding ceremony indoors or setting up a marque for shelter.

3. Providing enough water for guests to stay hydrated if temperatures are high as well as hand held fans for more comfort.

4. Making a note on the wedding invitations letting guests know to select appropriate attire for a lawn ceremony is a must.

5. Organising caterers and making sure the food is always kept safe and constantly on check.
