Our U City Function Centre team are thrilled to share that Blanco Horner is staying on as our Catering Partner until at least 2030! 🎉

Blanco Catering have been our exclusive caterer in the function centre since we commenced operation. Last year, after the first five years of U City and at the conclusion of the Catering Services Agreement, we went to market with a tender process and they were successful among a strong pool of candidates.

Dinners at Botanic Lodge Have Arrived ✨🌱

We’re thrilled to announce that starting Friday, 17th January, The Lodge, proudly part of the Blanco Horner Hospitality family, is bringing a fresh and exciting evening experience to the Adelaide Botanic Garden.

Building on its success as a daytime favourite, The Lodge is now extending its vibrant charm into the evenings, offering a lively and welcoming atmosphere where delicious food meets the breathtaking beauty of the gardens. Overlooking the serene lake, it’s the perfect setting to unwind, savour great company, and indulge in a menu that celebrates South Australian suppliers with every bite.

Our Set Dinner Menu highlights the best local produce with standout dishes like zucchini carpaccio with whipped ricotta and garden herbs, chicken with mustard and lemon thyme gravy, and a nostalgic lamington with quandong jam and coconut ice cream. Pair your meal with a creative cocktail, an engaging non-alcoholic option, or explore a stellar wine list that perfectly complements every dish.

Whether you’re planning a casual catch-up, a special celebration, or simply a reason to relax, The Lodge offers an experience that’s as fresh and vibrant as it is unforgettable.

Monday – Sunday:
10am – 3pm: Lunch Menu and All-Day Dining
3pm – 5:30pm: Savoury Bar & Snacks Menu

Friday & Saturday:
5:30pm onwards: Set Dinner Menu

Reservations are $99/pp, including a Chihuly Ticket, or drop in for a spontaneous evening at $79/pp while exploring the Chihuly Exhibition.
