A wonderful winter wedding as Leah and Adam tied the knot after many happy years together.

There's something pretty special about your children being there when you marry! Little Hamish and Sophie took part in a ring warming ceremony to make their parents wedding day extra memorable and family centred, just like they wanted.

Wonderful venue as always Massaros Kangaroo Ground.

A belated congratulations and sharing of some beautiful moments from Alex and Fay's gorgeous Autumn wedding at The Farm Yarra Valley

These two are the embodiment of sincerity, love and joy. It was such a pleasure to be there within nearest and dearest as they pledged in English, with a little bit of Persian poetry, to share their lives together.

Happy days till we meet again you two!

Oceans could not keep these two apart. 🌎

Since meeting in the USA in 2017 at when Josh went to the USA for university, Josh and Abby have formed the deepest of bonds that led them to criss-cross the ocean multiple times to be together, before settling finally in Australia.

Their commitment is steady and rock solid, and the love and joy between them radiated to enclose all the guests present on their wedding day. ❤️

The sun shone on them at the lovely venue of Massaros, and these two kisses pictured were just some of the many moments of joy. 💍

Congratulations to a most beautiful couple! 🍾

Many thanks to for the happy snaps of this happy couple!

To Mr and Mrs Porter!

Oli and Eliza have lived a big life together across two continents for many years since their chance meeting in a bar. Their devotion to each other and their plans for a life of shared business, adventure and love were inspirational to all who attended their wedding at the lovely Fitzroy Gardens.

'Emma was amazing from start to finish. We were planning our wedding from the UK, but this was no trouble at all for Emma, she was so helpful, and gave so many examples and suggestions for our ceremony.

We could also tell Emma put a lot of effort into writing our ceremony, and tailored it perfectly to us.

She kept us up to date, and explained everything to us, so we were well prepared, and it put our minds at ease.

So many of our guests have already commented on how fantastic our ceremony was, and that they thought Emma was great.

We would highly recommend Emma to others.'

Radiant, absolute joy for Anika and Lisa.

After 16 years together and 11 years engaged, their nearest and dearest, including their beautiful children who participated in a ring warming, watched on with tears of pure joy as they finally tied the knot.

And KT Pearl Photography captured this stunning moment!

The venue East Elevation was sensational.

Justin and Tisha's winter wedding at the lovely South Melbourne venue Half Acre (with a very striking feature as you see in the photos!) was an intimate and joyful gathering. With some of their nearest and dearest standing by as a collective wedding party, they wrote and delivered exquisite personal vows to each other. And in a truly gorgeous moment their adorable dog Toast was brought forward as the ring bearer. Look how proud he is escorting them out at the end!

The warmest congratulations to both of you. It was a pleasure to get to know you and be a part of your wedding day.

Thank you Sam and Claire!

From our first meeting in a cafe that was close to closing time through that rainy evening where the 'shall we/shan't we' do the outdoor ceremony option might have frazzled others, you kept what mattered front and centre: marrying the person you loved and celebrating with your loving family and friends.

The balcony we squeezed onto out of the rain wasn't quite what you planned but the love in the room could not have been more magical. It ws a joy to be a part of this wonderful celebration of your love and commitment.

And I'm thrilled to be seeing you again working with another happy couple in your family very soon!

Congratulations!

Being part of a wedding is an honour and a joy in so many ways.

It's a live event and sometimes there are surprises. This joyful ceremony had been carefully planned to open with a love song when the bride walked down the aisle. But she had other ideas and thought her beloved would get a kick out of hearing the opening of his favourite heavy metal song instead. So the DJ blasted the music, the guests looked around puzzled then amused, and the groom's reaction was priceless!

A happy moment in a love-filled ceremony.

The rock star on the right is a Fish, standing and waiting to marry his lovely bride Meg.

The rock star on the left is Mike, one of their closest friends.

The one in the middle is me. I've given up on my hair and am just trying to keep my skirt down in the wind!

It was the couple's wish that Mike deliver most of their ceremony, which he did with great aplomb. I was there to handle the legal aspects of the ceremony and as a support for him.

What I want for your wedding is whatever you want. This couple wanted Mike to be there for their special moment so I was more than happy to facilitate this.

Congratulations to both Meg and Fish, a happy and gorgeous couple, as well as to Mike on his amazing handling of the ceremony.

I met Andie and David in mid January. Just five weeks later, they were married!

Surrounded by their closest family and friends, and with family watching from other continents on the livestream, this happy couple wed simply and sincerely in their own garden. I was thrilled to write their wonderful story together so far, and all present were touched by their beautiful, personally written vows.

As their beautiful baby boy threw the first handful of confetti, they stood together as husband and wife and the happiest of families.

Congratulations you two!

Backyard bliss for Katherin and Lloyd following their simple, joyful and intimate celebration with their close circle of family and friends.

Being married from home meant they could arrange personal and meaningful touches themselves and their guests were relaxed and comfortable. It also meant their beloved cat Kirby could be the ring bearer! It's fair to say Kirby was a bit overwhelmed by his duties, but the ring made it to the right place at the right time, and as you can see by in final photo, delight was the order of the day.

Congratulations on your marriage Katherin and Lloyd!

When you cannot hide the sheer delight!

It was my absolute pleasure to work with Kate and Marc in creating the simple, sincere and loving ceremony they desired. The dazzling walk out smiles sum up their joyful ceremony perfectly. From the first time I sat down with them in a cheerful cafe they came across as a happy, harmonious and contented couple who just wanted to tie the knot, celebrate, then live a wonderful life together.

I wish them much joy!

I hope to share a few more photos soon. Because the ones I've seen are fabulous!

'Real love is not total absorption in each other; it is looking outward in the same direction — together.'

I've always very much liked this quote, a reflection on love and marriage from an anonymous source. And I love this photo of Janie and Tim, dear to each other now for many decades, and wed after a long and happy partnership with much joy ahead.

For this happy hour I was looking in their direction too, because that is what a celebrant should be doing on any couples' wedding day: helping make those moments meaningful for them.

Working with these two was a delight. Their ceremony reflected their relaxed and humorous personalities, as well as the depth of their love and commitment to each other.

Congratulations and happy days ahead!

A story of worlds colliding...

Twenty two years ago I was a brand new high school teacher in Sydney where I met this cheeky Year 11 guy called Andy. I was given a senior history class which was most unfortunate for both me and the students because I was a drama teacher. 😅

Luckily, I had some silly costumes and hats at the back of the room. Andy always came in and put one on and sat at the back pretending to be the bad guy. He wasn't. He was great. He made me laugh then and he makes me laugh now. 22 years later he recommended me to his sister who was getting married. I loved working with her and her fiance, now husband. Their photos won't be shared on social media but I do have permission to share this lovely photo of me and my ex-student, happy to be reunited on this delightful wedding day decades after we first met.

This was the first and hopefully last time I was greeted at a wedding with 'Miss Wood!'

Happy Friday to all!

'Hey Emma, you know when we met you a couple of years ago hosting a Murder Mystery party..?'
Yep.

'Well now we're engaged but we want to have a surprise wedding.'
Cool!

'Can you pretend it's a murder mystery night?'
Yep.

'Can we invite people to an engagement party then surprise them with a wedding?'
Yep.

'Can you wear a silly costume and distract them with crazy games while we go get our wedding clothes on?'
Yep.

'Then we can make a grand entrance and watch them gasp with joy?'
Yep!

'Will it be a night to remember?'
YES IT WILL!

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the surprise wedding of Lauree and Rob! Congratulations to one of the funniest couples out there, pranksters of the highest order.
